Non Secure Home

This House was down a dirt road, very hard to find and a car was blocking the road. after some time we were finally able to get to the house. Upon entering in the code we found the door was not even shut. After entering in the code we found the back door was open also. After some time trying to lock doors we decided to find a hotel. Neither door would lock and was not safe to stay there. I will never go with VRBO again. I am going to stick with hotels i guess.

Not what we expected

The street was really an alley. No mention of how narrow it was on listing. There were 9 adults and 4 children staying 2 nights. No extra towels or blankets. Nothing explaining how to use the thermostat. I got up around 11pm and wentinto the kitchen to find a vistor. It was either a large mouse or a small rat!! We could not find where is was gaining access into the house. We would have left if there had been another option. I messaged property manager through the site. No response. It was our first and last time using an app like this. We will stick to hotels from now on.
