There was bed bug crawling on bed. They transfer to another room but I couldn’t put my stuff and sleep whole night!!!

The only problem was that there was no shampoo and I didn't have a hair dryer. I went to request it at the front desk and the person who helped me told me that he didn't have it with him. That I had to go get it from storage and that since he was the only one there, I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come and get it. 48 hours have passed and I'm still waiting for notification that the hair dryer is already at the front desk so I can go get it.

Poor maintenance

The key card machine was broken so we couldn't get a key. The heater didn't work. The flooring was buckled and coming up. It was not very clean. One of the lights was flickering on even though it was switched off.
