4/10 Poor

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disappointing stay – would not return. For two people, we received only one key, which was inconvenient. Several bedrooms were locked without any mention in the listing—felt odd and unwelcoming, even though we didn't need the extra space. The kitchen had minimal utensils, some not fully clean, and no basics like salt, sugar, pepper, oil, or even trash bags. The available bedroom and bed were small, and the bedding wasn't very fresh either. On arrival, they added new conditions, threatening to charge us for leaving dirty dishes and essentially asking us to clean the apartment for them. Overall, the apartment felt cheaply run and slightly shady. Not recommended.
