Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The staff was incredible, and the food was amazing. The room was spacious and well equipped, but it just needs some TLC. Bathrooms are outdated, as is the pool. However, overall, it was a great experience.

We stayed for 9 beautiful days in this location. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with thick vegetation, beautiful buildings and pools. The grounds are well maintained. The beaches are stunning! The service at the restaurants, reception, rooms, pools and concierge desk is fantastic. The food is great eventhough not all restaurants are open due to visiting in the winter season for Panama. The tiramisu and red velvet cake were amazing! Probably the best we ever had! There were too many people that offered excellent service but Juan Carlos from Criollo stood out for us. Always there, with a smile and excellent service every single day! The spa has excellent service and the massages we got were up there with the best! Great facilities too with a hot tub, sauna and showers as well as a fabulous quiet waiting room. Lots of activities can be arranged depending on what you want to do through the tour desk. The city is easily accessible by car or tour. We had a fabulous time visiting Casco Viejo, Panama Viejo and the canal on a private tour. Also had a great rum tasting at El Galante microdistillery. The only thing that could use a little bit of improvement is the rooms (they are a little tired) but the room service and cleanliness are top notch! The hotel has a very reliable internet service throughout the property. Overall a 10/10 for us. Loved it here and would recommend it to anyone.
