Ideally located in centre of Almerimar. 5 minutes walk to good value supermarket, bars and restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk to two quiet beaches. Relax on the terrace with fantastic views of the Almerimar golf course and Sierra Nevada mountains. The golf course club house is directly opposite the apartment and within a few minutes walk.

There is a huge range of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. They range from Spanish, British, Irish, Indian, Italian and more. Most bars serve a good range of tapas with their drinks. Some tapas are like meals in themselves!

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. You will be sure to want to return after such a relaxing holiday!

Free parking is included in a secure underground car park close to a lift with easy access to apartment.

Free WIFI which is capable of streaming Netflix. Amazon etc. (Firestick, Google Chromecast etc. required)

To improve our guest's comfort two new good quality beds were purchased very recently.

There is an electric meter installed to control electricity costs. A fair allowance for electricity is included in the rental price. If you need to top up the meter you can buy top up cards for the meter from our agent.

Lovely apartment right near the harbour

We had a wonderful 10 days in this apartment that has everything you need at a very good rental price. It was close to the supermarket and all the great bars and restaurants!
