The location was great. However they double booked our room! We reserved the pyramid, and 30 min away from the property I get a phone call saying that my room was not avaliable. They upgraded to a villa for the 1st night which was excellent but the next two days we got stuck with an apartment which was really nothing special. The whole Idea for staying here was for a new experience, so ending up in an apartment was very disappointing.

The restaurant staff was great, as was the food. And we liked that there was a free shuttle to town. Also, the ladies at the spa gave wonderful massages!
