Everything was very good, a little disappointed that we didn’t have recycling bins, something to consider in the near future.

I made reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn El Paso Airport on 12/7/21 for two separate stays on 12/21 and 12/27. The rates and conditions were the same for both nights were identical. Tonight when we checked in a few minutes ago, the desk attendant refused to provide breakfast vouchers like we received on 12/21 and said we'd have to pay extra. I resent this bait and switch tactic. It is late and I am tired and hope you can help. Jeff

Dear Jeff, Unfortunately, the reservation was booked without breakfast both times and you must have received vouchers on your first stay even though they shouldn't have been provided to you. The hotel offers a breakfast package rate as well.

The property was nice and staff was friendly. What we did not like was that we had asked for daily housekeeping for the 3 days we were there - we got one day. Housekeeping is important to me. Also, did not like that there was not a free breakfast at the hotel. For these two reasons I don’t feel like I got total value for my money.
