Room was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was you're near the freeway so there can be a lot of traffic noise, be mindful if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Overall i would stay again and recommend it

Booked a standard room 2 double beds and the guy said it was over booked. We received a king bed and a sofa (turn into small bed) In the room was a pair of bed sheets but missed a blanket. We arrived tired and exhausted, and we didn’t call the front desk, fortunately we had an extra blanket by our own. This also happened with the towels (we used our own extra towel) By the other hand, the lightning in the room is pretty good,

We requested a room for a person with a disability, but the bathroom was not accessible as it only had a bathtub. We requested a bathroom chair, but they didn't have one. The room wasn't cleaned, and we only stayed for two days. The phone didn't work to contact reception, and there was no TV remote.

Long story short: we were traveling with our 5-month-old baby, and when we arrived at the property, our room had no hot water—which is an essential necessity, especially when you have an infant. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, and I’m not unreasonable about that. What truly upset me was the response from one of the front desk employees. When I brought up the issue, his response was: “The hot water takes time to come out, and that’s why you don’t see it.” This was not only completely incorrect, but also dismissive. Two members of the hotel’s own maintenance team came to the room and both confirmed that there was indeed no hot water running at all. My point is this: your staff — or whoever is responsible for training them — needs to understand the importance of honesty when dealing with maintenance issues. Do not lie to guests, and do not blame them when the hotel is failing to provide a basic necessity like hot water. This kind of response is unacceptable and reflects poor customer service and even poorer training.
