All staff seems helpful and friendly, wanting the best experience for the guest; humankindness still exist amongst the staff toward their guest. Overall 9.5 wish the water was hotter.

No housekeeping service unless you request it, but they do not inform you of this in advance. Some parts of room were new, others old and broken. Shower/tub was quite bad. Lots of noise from other guests during the night prohibited a good sleep. Wifi available, but was so slow that it could not be used.
