The building was built nearly 100 years ago. The unit is located on the second floor of the building which will require climbing stairs, there is NO ramp for luggage. The 2 bedroom apartment is about 1,000 square feet and it comfortably accommodates 4 guests. The apartment has refrigerated air.

** NOTE: All units are located on the 2nd floor of the building, stairs are not optional, the 1st floor are all commercial spaces. **

The kitchen space was designed with a modern contemporary style in mind, ergo the open shelving space. It is fully equipped for cooking, it features an electric stove, a two door refrigerator, a single sink with a garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils and solid surface countertops. All appliances are brand new. We also have dishwasher for you not to worry about the dishes.

The bathroom includes a full shower with handheld shower head and great water pressure, a freestanding tub with a small corned tv, as well as a new double vanity and two skylights for energy saving.

In the living area, there’s a 60” smart tv mounted to the wall. Along comes it’s comfortable set of couches, an entry way by the door and next to the entrance of the bedroom. We also have a nook to read a book and unwind.

The main bedroom features a Queen Bed, alternative pillows, 100% cotton linens, a closet w/ hangers and drawers and a view of the union plaza district from two different windows.

The second bedroom has a built on the wall headboard with a very rustic finish and a full size bed that sleeps 2 persons. It has functionality with it having space to place phone and charger coming through as well as space for a glass of water or a book. To the right you’ll find a window looking down towards the Main Street of the union plaza district. To the left you’ll find a small couch with a coffee table along a built on the wall hanger.

Union Plaza Apartments are located in an entertainment district which includes bars, restaurants, night clubs, baseball park, and a rail station. Acute noise levels can be present at times.

There’s no parking lot for the apartments, there’s only free street parking and a parking garage across the building that charges hourly but up to $10 for a 24hr stay. Long Term guests will obtain one access card to park their car at the Union Plaza Transit Terminal across the street; it is a covered multilevel parking garage accessible to guests 24 hours a day.

We love to meet our guests, but also respect privacy. Locks on the doors are keyless, so late check-ins are welcome and don't interfere with our schedule. We provide all necessary information for guests' stay prior to arrival, but encourage guests to communicate with us if they have any questions! We're always happy to help and quick to respond.
