Beautiful brand new modern professionally decorated home. Sparkling heated saltwater pool & spa minutes away from dining & entertainment. Enjoy the El Paso Sunshine in this desert Oasis! House comfortably sleeps 6. Gorgeous fully equipped Chef's kitchen, beautiful Master Bedroom w/ huge walk in shower & jetted jacuzzi tub, office/theatre room to work during the day, & relax in the evening. 5 min away from I-10, 11 min from Cielo Vista/The Fountains, 18 min from Downtown, 10 min from Ft. Bliss

Brand new Construction home, there are currently homes being built around the house (this means there may be some construction noise that is out of our control). This house does not show up on GPS yet, but the directions and location will be provided before check in.


DO NOT put hard pool loungers in the pool, they will damage the pool plaster. You will automatically be charged a $1000 damage fee if a lounge chair is placed in the pool. Inflatable or foam loungers meant for pools are fine.

The Property has exterior security cameras facing driveway and backyard. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these outdoor areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. You may also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned if any of the above are found. ***Failure to abide by quiet hours 10pm-7am will result in being charged Party fee and eviction.***
⚠we strictly enforce charging the $1000 party fee for violation of quiet hours⚠. We ask for a 24 hour notice for pool heat. There are no refunds for outages of cable or wifi, if pool or jacuzzi spa is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance, or if temperature is undesirable.

Loved this place! The pool being heated was amazing because it was kind of cold when we stayed. Only complaint I have is perhaps making it more homey, with tvs in the rooms and a comfier couch. But overall the house was gorgeous and in a great neighborhood close to everything.

I had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo property. The place was incredibly clean and neat, which made it feel just like a home away from home. I also really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen there were plenty of cooking supplies so I could easily prepare meals without needing to order anything extra. Plus, the rooms were super spacious, which added an extra level of comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it !

Beautiful home for our family to stay. The amenities were great. Pool was an excellent addition to the home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean and new. Great communication with the host as well. Our family will definitely be requesting a stay in the future here.

Incredible stay

The owners were easily accessible and made an exception by adding a day. The home was in a great location and amenities were an extra plus to make our stay more enjoyable in the great Sun City. The pool and Jacuzzi were a nice bonus and the home was delightfully decorated in modern and clean flare

Beautiful!

We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful house. We had plenty of room to spread out. On the nicer day we spent most of our time in the back yard, reading on the comfortable lounge chairs and playing in the pool. On the cooler day we snuggled up on the couch to watch basketball with the fireplace on. And we loved our evenings in the hot tub. I'd recommend this house to anyone.

Wonderful property!

We were in town for a high school wrestling tournament. This was a really great place to be able to unwind at the end of the day! The property is pristine and communication with the owners was very prompt. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Three Trees Salt Water Palace is a family dream!

Worth every penny! Thanks to Jessica and Brian our last minute family trip to El Paso was such a peaceful and wonderful home experience. We were in town for a family emergency and needed the space for our family of 5 to be together (inclusive of our Mom, who is handicapped). We needed more space than a hotel could offer and wanted our family to feel like we could share space, cook meals, or spend time alone without having to leave the house. It was perfect, extremely clean and in a great location to everything we could ever need. Beautiful home - peaceful, comfortable space. And, the heated pool was a great way to end the day! Thanks again for the hospitality. We’ll be back!

beautiful place

The place was great as well as the pool and the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this place for a small group of friends and family. There was good communication with the hosts. The only complain that I have is that in two occasions they wanted to stop by to "make sure the pool filler was on after the cleaners." They never stopped by but this made my overall experience a little unpleasant.
