It was horrible.

The room was okay but all but 2 plugs worked. The elevator didn't worked half the time. And they didn't tell us about a$100.00 deposit which you get back in 3 to 5 days on your bank account. The manager I talked to on the phone said all hotels do that.But the website doesn't say anything about this. There was other people who were asking the same question about the $100.00. And the free breakfast was so salty too.What they called a egg and cheese omelet was the size of a coaster and flat with no flaver at all. The sausage gravy was from a can and not made fresh. So we will not stay there in the future.

This was a very loud area. This hotel sits in a plaza beside a road that is noisy ALL hours of the day and night. No housekeeping unless requested, which we did not know about. Therefore, garbage was overflowing and didn’t have enough towels or coffee service in room. We stayed platoons new years due to a wedding in the area and there were fireworks and gun shots going from evening time until we left the next am at 3. Also, multiple stray cats in parking lot which was really sad as you could tell they weren’t being taken care of.

Gross!

Room was super filthy, very dissatisfied. Floor were sticky. Didn’t expect this from this hotel. Worse hotel we have stayed at by far.

They never give me back my deposit and they charge $25 but they charge me $50.

Booked because we had family in the area, excited to take a dip in the pool after some family activities but apparently it closes at 8 and not 9 like it says online. Also when we were ready to take a shower we didn’t have a shower curtain, when we mentioned it to the front desk they said cleaning service had gone home already, no help. That was a first at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast was cold and pancake maker had to remain off because with that and toaster oven on together it would shut everything off?? so couldn’t enjoy one hot thing, had to take omelet and sausage to the room to microwave since they didn’t have one at breakfast either. When visiting again I will probably have to book at the next towns Holiday Inn and hope for a better outcome.
