Waterfront Cottage With Unique Design

Welcome to this one of a kind hidden gem on the St Lawrence river. The home is a mixture of secret forest and coastal vibes. Sitting cliff side on the Mighty St Lawrence river, you get to enjoy the beautiful design of this one of a kind home, the abundance of manicured nature around the property, the crystal clear water off the dock and the stunning views from every window of the property. Lots of local attractions and activities. The Thousand Islands, Brockville, Gananoque, Rockport and many more!

***No unauthorized guests allowed at anytime. We have cameras outside the property and will be able to know if more guests than the ones on the reservation stayed at the property and your reservation will be cancel. The property only has a holding tank for sewage water and every extra person makes a difference.

Pets are allowed in our cottage but are not allowed on the furniture (Beds, Sofas or Chairs) Extra cleaning fees will apply due to pet hair on furniture.

Please treat our linens and towels with care. Stained towels and lines will be charged accordingly***

The River house

This is a beautiful property with lots of space for your whole family. The only downfall is that there are a lot of steps to get from the parking spot to the door. I definitely got my steps in for the week.

stunning place, lots to do

We loved your place. It’s decorated beautifully and well maintained. The firepit was awesome - we had s’mores every day. We went into town a few times and did some of the touristy things down there (tunnel, fish n chips, aquarium).The place is massive, and a great experience. Will be back!

Perfect Riverside Retreat!

Loved this vacation rental! Even in the winter months this place was perfect for us! Very spacious, beautiful design and laid out really well. The sleeping arrangements were perfect, private and very comfortable. Waking up to that view every day is heaven. Gerard was super helpful with directions. House is super clean and only about 8-10 mins from town for groceries and supplies. We actually hired a local private chef for one meal too. Highly recommend, hope to come experience in the summer as well.

From the moment we stepped into this stunning waterfront property, we knew we had found a slice of paradise. This place is like having your very own resort! The amenities are incredible. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, you'll find it all.The cozy grand fireplace in the heart of the home made our Christmas stay magical, offering a perfect spot to unwind with a good book and enjoy family time playing board games. The gorgeous views, from every window, you'll be treated to breathtaking vistas that change with the time of day. Our family enjoyed every bit of our stay. The property is immaculate, the hosts are attentive and gracious, and the overall experience was beyond our expectations. Great view

The cottage was very clean and the view out over the river is spectacular. Gerardo is a good host. The listing does not describe the number of stairs outside ( 42 to get to front door) and inside ( 6 levels) the cottage. My wife has a heart condition and the stairs ruined her time. This property is not suitable for older people

A lovely house

Beautiful house, exactly as presented on the website. The games room (with an air hockey table, foosball, and arcade game), trampoline, and kayaks/paddle board were bit hits with the kids. The kitchen was much better stocked than other properties we've stayed at. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house has a fabulous view. The property manager was friendly and helpful. The only (minor) negatives: - the "EV charger" is a a regular outdoor plug (we got 4-7 km per hour charge), but we soon figured out that you can't be charging a car and running the a/c in the master bedroom at the same time - so charging overnight never worked (but there are chargers in Brockville and Gananoque so not a huge deal - just don't show up needing to charge) - the windows and especially screens could really use a cleaning

Great house right on river in a beautiful area of Ontario.

Amenities of house that attracted everyone was dock, kayaks, canoe, swimming trampoline and float. House also has game room and lots of games. We found house completely equipped. Had some water problems, but owner promptly responded to them even getting in service people on a a Sunday.

A great vacation!

We arrived on a long weekend with the entire family for the first three nights. 10 adults, 1 teen and 1 ten year old. The water toys were an immediate hit, especially the water trampoline and the dock was the perfect 👍 place for the older adults to be part of the fun. The four bedrooms slept a total of 10 with another set of bunk beds in the games room and another loft area where two people could sleep if needed. The kitchen area was small but certainly had everything you need and a large dining room and beautiful living room. The balance of our week we had six adults and when we got rain there were lots of board games and cards to keep us entertained. Gerard was a perfect host and left us a nice welcome package of snacks. One thing to note-there are a lot of stairs. From parking at the top of the hill to the door to the house I counted 43 but there are also a couple of landings where you can catch your breath. A beautiful view and perfect cottage.

Beautiful Property!

My family had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Everywhere on the property has a good view and it is very spacious and comfortable. Gerard was an absolute pleasure to work with and had every amenity that we needed readily available. I highly recommend staying here for a very relaxing family vacation. The property would also be amazing for a more festive group. I think the property is actually BETTER than the listing - and the listing is gorgeous.

Wonderful Stay!!!

We took our entire family here to celebrate my 60th. We had an amazing time - the place is fantastic with 4 bedrooms, large living areas and dock with teaky hut was used by the grandkids! We truly enjoyed the canoeing and kayaking. We would highly recommend you stay here and we may return.....just awesome!

Amazing waterfront property

The house was amazing! It’s very cozy and well furnished. It also got everything we needed for cooking and whatnot. Will definitely book it again. The host was also very quick to reply and answered all my questions. Make sure to ask about the helicopter tour, the one the host suggested was amazing

Exceptional Experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gerard's waterfront VRBO property and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, Gerard went above and beyond to ensure that we had a positive stay. He was incredibly welcoming and always available to answer any questions we had. But the real highlight of this property was the view. The St. Lawrence River was absolutely magical to wake up to every morning. The house itself was situated in such a way that we had an unobstructed view of the water from every room, and it truly took our breath away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The combination of Gerard's hospitality and the stunning waterfront view made for an unforgettable vacation. Thank you Gerard for everything!

Amazing Gem on the St. Lawrence

The property was amazing. Being right on the waterfront feels like being in a ship. The property was well taken care of and Gerard had thought of so many amenities. He provided every kitchen supply we could need, BBQ utensils, and tons of water toys (kayaks for adults and kids, paddle board, rafts, and floating mat). Communication with him is very easy, he was quick to respond and very polite and friendly. We all had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this property! We will be back next summer for sure.
