The hotel was extremely understaffed for a Friday evening at 7 PM. Only 1 person working at the desk. She was very friendly but had to walk each guest to their room due to the locks not working. None of the hotel key cards were working due to a technical issue. She handeled the pressure very well and should be commended. Our TV did not work properly. The desk worker just could not help us with this issue, not her fault. The lobby was freezing. A little disappointing stay.

We had not had a good day of travel, my husband wss ill. When we arrived Kia greeted us. She was AMAZING! She was kind, helpful, offered to help in anywaybshe could.
