Beautiful Suncadia House With Two Master Bedrooms and plenty of space for kids!

Two ground floor master bedrooms, 4 bedroom total, 3.5 bathroom, walking distance to golf, winery and park with basketball court and play structures for the kiddos!

Relax in this upscale location within Suncadia Resort. A short stroll from Swiftwater Winery, golfing, and all-season resort trails. Open floor plan with plenty of space for entertaining, and backs up to Battista Park with a full basketball court and lovely play structures. Spend your stay in a quiet way, reading by the fireplace, gathered around the outdoor firepit under the stars... or, depending on the season, take advantage of Suncadia's various recreational rentals such as- bicycling, paddle boating, ice skating, cross country skiing, etc. Enjoy a weekend of golf, hiking, walk through the historical town of Roslyn or 30 min drive to ski at The Summit at Snoqualmie. Wildlife sightings abound! Don't be surprised to start your morning with a deer having a snack out back, or a little frog on the rocks outside while you enjoy your morning coffee!

This home sleeps 10 comfortably and is only one of a few within Suncadia with two master suites on the ground level. Great for wedding guests, the kids (or kids at heart for a girls' or guys' weekend), golf getaways, and ski trips!

Check-in was easy and quick. All of the basic necessities were provided in the kitchen. The only item I would highly recommend providing is a high chair. Luckily we brought our travel high chair but it would have been to have one available vs us traveling with one.

Great home in Great Location with Great Hosts

We arrived early and hosts accommodated an early check in which enabled us to start our vacation early. Home was spotless and well appointed. We ended up leaving an item behind and the hosts were extremely accommodating in getting it back to us. Overall, we could not recommend this home more. Thanks Jeremy and Nichole!

Impeccably maintained suncadia home with two first floor masters.

Impeccably maintained home in Suncadia. The hot tub and gas powered fireplace in the back were a very nice touch and easy to operate. Having two first floor master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms is very helpful as well. It backs up to a small park with a little playground and basketball court. It’s also a short walk to the winery and closer to the entrance of Suncadia so easy access to Roslyn. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great well stocked getaway

The host has done a great job of setting up the property with everything guests need to have a great stay. The only things to note are that the beds are really firm, there are only barely enough dishes for one meal if your group is big (our was 10), and the dishwasher is not renter friendly (if someone opens it mid cycle is just stops and you have to re set it which requires a one minute cancel cycle and then setting the clean cycle again) so it takes forever to run dishes between meals which you have to do because of the lack of extra dishes. Great stay, highly recommend, but also maybe bring extra paper dishes and a mattress topper. (my husband had to come up the next day and bring an air mattress so we could sleep) Thanks for a great stay, we had a wonderful time!

Wonderful winter getaway

Beautiful home! The kitchen was great and had basically everything we needed to cook all our meals at the house. The space is thoughtfully designed, and quite cozy. The hot tub was fun in the cold weather. Lots of options for entertainment with board games as well as ping pong/basketball. We enjoyed the cross country skiing and walking trails. We did not use the bunk bed room, but would be great for kids. The bath tub upstairs is slick - just be careful with elderly people. Would love to return. Thank you so so much.

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Home

We loved the house. Cozy and wonderfully designed. The kitchen is very well appointed for cooking, and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and looking at the harvest moon. We would come back here again and again.

Birthday weekend

Beautiful property and very sweet host. Very easy simple check in process. Super cozy and welcoming home accommodating to all ages. Very well stocked kitchen with all the little details, like spices and other little things you might think you need. The cleanliness of the house is top-notch. Would love to see a full-size mirror maybe in master bedrooms . We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend with family.
