The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals including a crock-pot, mixer, and blender. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen bar, and the over-sized dining table seats 12 comfortably.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master bedroom has a king bed, TV w/FuboTV, and walk out patio to the private Hot Tub. The connecting master bath features an amazing soaking tub, large tile shower, and radiant heated floors.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a king master suite with a private bathroom that features a shower/tub combo.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom is a king master suite with a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom features a king bed with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom that is shared with the bunk room.
* The upper floor bunk room is furnished with two twin over double bunk beds and a twin trundle. The bunk room also boasts a TV with FuboTV, DVD, and Xbox for the kids in the family.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. Was a beautiful house, very clean & had everything we needed for all 12 of us (6 Adults, 6 kids from 3yrs old to 8yrs old). Kitchen was amazing we had everything we needed for cooking for a group our size. Saw so many deer and 2 nights heard what sounded like a heard of Elk on the golf course. Beautiful park within walking distance, we went to Swiftwater and that was so nice, enjoyed the view and some wine. Truly loved everything about this house and area.

4th of July Weekend

Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay. The home was not only beautiful and well-equipped, but also incredibly comfortable, it felt like such a welcoming space for both the adults and the kids. The view was stunning and made our time there even more special. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would love to come back in the future.

Spectacular location

We had a great weekend celebrating my husbands birthday with family. We also rented atvs from Motortoys and had a great time. The location is wonderful since it is close to everything. We had 12 people and a dog with plenty of space. Will definitely go back in the future.

Great home for our family vacation

We had three families come together for a short vacation and this house was perfect! Beds were incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of space for all. We loved the game room, the fire pit, and the hot tub. Would definitely recommend!!!

Nice home but maintenance items and deep cleaning needed.

Nice home and good location but it doesn't seem like it being very well taken of. The landscaping is "natural" but isnt being maintained. A dead ornamental tree is a example. It at the front driveway entrance and needed attention. There where a number of broken items in the home that need repair including missing can light with hanging wires, broken door handle in master bedroom, broken shoe storage tray at entrance. Cracked sink tiles in downstairs master. Deep cleaning of kitchen and game garage needed. Both rooms had dust and in the garage there where lots of hanging cobwebs. StoveRanghood had a layer of dust. Fridge icemaker and water not working. Hot tub cover split and damaged, garage fridge front had fist sized dents on front. Small stuff but these shouldn't been there in a rental of the cost/caliber.

Perfect multi gen retreat

We had a lovely weekend getaway to celebrate Granddad's 80th birthday! Our group was 13 family members aged 8-80 and everyone had more than enough room. The kids loved the garage play area and the hot tub. We'd be happy to recommend this home to anyone looking in Suncadia, and we'd definitely consider it again for our own needs.

3 Generations

This was a perfect fit for us. We (the grandparents) stayed in the main floor master and our two daughters, their husbands, and their toddlers (one per family) stayed upstairs. The layout was perfect for hanging out, cooking and eating together. The home was spotless and being near the playground was nice (not wide close enough to walk to with toddlers, though).

Well Suited for our Needs

We hosted a wedding at Swiftwater Cellars. Our family wanted to stay in a home nearby the venue. Several other family members and out of town guests did the same. We were able to visit each other prior to the big event by being in such close proximity and it was easy to get back and forth from the venue.

Suncadia Bust

A group of us had our annual trip. Stayed Nov 2021. After booking through VRBO, I had to reach out several times to chat with the Management company that oversees this property. In talking with them they didn't know the inventory of the house, ie: does it have a crock pot, blender etc. Not knowing, we had to pack multiple kitchen/bathroom items in. Mind you three of us came from out of state/distance & it had ALL the items in question. Secondly they gave us an allowance of toilet paper, 2 rolls per bathroom, we had 12 woman. So again more items to pack as we were trying to be prepared. Lastly...when checking out there is a list of tasks to complete. When doing these tasks we realize how dirty and filthy the property was. Hair everywhere, full canister in the vacuum, dead frog, food, and wrappers under the larger couch, catheter to an insulin pump, and stain over multiple blankets. This is not our first VRBO rental. IF you should chose to stay at this house or a house managed by this company, please take the time to strip all beds, check toilets, you have enough toilet paper.
