"Trailhead Escape" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort in the desirable Trailhead Condo complex. This is the premier ground floor unit on the corner just steps from the shared pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. The pool is just steps from the condo and parents can feel secure watching their kids while drinking a cold beverage on the private deck. This luxury condo features a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This is an ideal retreat for a family or two couples.

From the moment you walk in the door you’ll feel right at home in this luxurious two bedroom condo. The main living area boasts a full, granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. There’s seating for 6 at the dining table which offers views of the pool. The comfortable couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace.

Just off the great room is a covered deck that is within steps of the shared pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. From the deck you’ll enjoy views of the Prospector Golf Course Driving Range. The pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The HOA often keeps the hot tub open after Labor Day, but its weather dependent.

BEDROOMS:
* The master suite bedroom features a king bed, large TV and a private en-suite tile bathroom. The bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
* The queen guest bedroom also has a large Smart TV, and a private deck through the sliding doors.
*Just outside the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room couch pulls out into a queen bed.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles in the general parking lot in front of the condo building.

Lovely Spacious Condo

Our condo rental was just perfect for my husbands golf group meeting at Suncadia and for my celebrating a friends birthday with lunch at the Lodge. Sitting out on the patio sipping iced tea with the August weather was so relaxing. Everything we needed was in the kitchen...except a muffin tin for the cupcakes...but I had brought one from home. The condo was very clean when we arrived and we tried to leave it also in good condition ready for the next vacation group.

Awesome Location

Location was perfect! Kids enjoyed ability to walk from unit to pool & mom enjoyed ability to sit on patio & see them. Barbecuing was a breeze. We used outdoor grill twice with no issues. We also appreciated the short distance to The Inn for s’mores & view from the Adirondack chairs outback. The only bummer was washing machine leaked on our last night. Thankfully was in a tray so water didn't get everywhere.

Great location and beautiful condo. Close to the pool as advertised, however it was so close people could see in the condo. Only drawback was how confusing the AC controls were. There were two and not sure what controlled what. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Nice dog friendly place to stay.

Overall, a nice visit. Somewhat noisy upstairs neighbors (kids running around during the daytime hours) but that's to be expected when staying on the bottom floor. That being said, the convenience to the outside pool and barbeque area was a plus.

Fun Winter Getaway

Quick long weekend getaway. The location of the condo was perfect, as it was a quick walk to all the activities at Suncadia - Sledding hill, Lodge, Ice Skating. Looked just like the pictures.

Perfect weekend getaway

Great condo in Suncadia

We had a wonderful stay in Suncadia in this condo. It’s located near great community amenities (community center with pool, the Lodge, driving range), all within walking distance. Coming from a condo in Seattle, we fell in love with the mountain tranquility of Suncadia. The condo was comfortable and provided easy access to the on-site pool and hot tub since it’s on the first floor facing them. We used the outdoor gas BBQ a few times without a problem. We’d love to come back.

Great condo in ideal spot! Lots to do- easy walk to Lodge. Note: no hot tub fter Labor Day.

This is a well designed condo space. We enjoyed our stay. Lots to do and lots of down time as well! Great kitchen to cook in...bring all spices tho as they say. Construction all around was not bothersome to us and very low key the time we were there. We will come back! Like it better than staying at the lodge!

Nice location but a little noisy

The property itself was very nice and clean. Not sharing walls with neighbors is very nice. But with the on going construction next door it is loud when they can start at 7am. This is no fault of the property and will go away once they are completed.

Was very pleased with the condo. Great location for a weekend getaway. The condo was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Liked that it was on the ground floor. My daughter appreciated the little extras for her dog. Would definitely stay here again.
