Welcome to Cozy Bear Cabin, a professionally decorated, single-level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin rental in Coosawattee River Resort. Built in 2022, this modern mountain retreat offers a split floor plan for privacy, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and plenty of outdoor amenities. With a dog-friendly fenced area, covered and gated porches, paved roads and a firepit, this cabin is the perfect North Georgia getaway.

Coosawattee River Resort charges a $59 gate fee for all reservations.

As of July 1, 2026. Daily guest passes may be purchased at any pool or at the CRRA recreation center for $5.00 per person, per day. Children under the age of 6 will continue to be admitted free of charge.

Coosawattee River Resort has implemented fines for certain behaviors while occupying the cabin. These fees will be charged to the guest, and guests agree to paying these fines via security deposit or authorizing a credit card charge:
- Reckless Endangerment, trash, littering; $150
-Noise complaints: $250 and above
-Discharge of Firearms & unattended fires $500

There are no pet fees, and we have no size or breed restrictions. Bring your pup along for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Cancellation, Rescheduling, No Show, and Early Departure Policy
Each of our cabins is privately owned, and cancellations impact the owners significantly. Please review this policy before booking:
31+ Days Before Check-In:
Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be made in writing and confirmed by Sliding Rock Cabins® at least 31 days before your original check-in date. You will receive a refund minus a $65 cancellation fee.

Within 31 Days of Check-In:
Any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests made within 31 days of your check-in date will result in forfeiture of all money paid. Payments are non-transferable to a different date.
If We Rebook Your Dates:
If we can rebook your cancelled dates with another guest, we will refund you for the portion we are able to rebook.
No Shows, Early Departures, or Reduced Party Size:
No refunds, rebates, or compensation will be given if you do not arrive, leave early, or if fewer guests arrive than planned.
