The Space:
Along the serene shores of the lake, this waterfront cabin embodies the essence of rustic luxury. Boasting two spacious bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms, it offers ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation after a day of outdoor adventures.
Do you like to fish, boat or just sit by the lake and have a picnic? Do you love #lakelife and the year round activites that it brings? We have it all where the great outdoors meets all of the amenities of a new and meticulous cabin on Graham Lake. This sportsmans cabin invites you to unwind by the crackling fireplace or gather around the bonfire for s'mores under the starry sky.
ONE FLOOR LIVING
Kitchen- spacious and stocked with appliances, pots and pans, and spices for your steak and lobster dinners.
Main bedroom- with a giant walk in closet, spacious office space with 2 desks, and a king sized bed with a view of the lake! The full en suite bathroom had a walk in shower, soaking tub and plenty of storage.
Guest bedroom - Queen bed and storage, off the second full sized bathroom.
Living space - wood stove, flat screen TV, large dining room table, and all with an incredible view
Outdoor space - Picnic table, propane grill, fire pit and plenty of outdoor space to relax waterfront.

*The lake is high in the spring, and early summer. July and August the lake goes down some, due to rainfall, etc. Bring water shoes to access the lake for kayaking and fishing!
Your 1 small dog is welcome with pre-approval and a signed pet agreement/pet fee.
There is a security camera on the front yard entrance.
Graham Lake is in Ellsworth, Maine. It is approximately 5 miles to Friends and Family grocery store, gas station and liquor.
Ellsworth also has a Shaws, Hannafords, Walmart, restaurants, shopping and antiquing.
Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor are about 20 miles
Schoodic is about 20 miles.
Boat and kayak rentals are available locally.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful inside and out. The Lake was a little tricky to get in and out of as I guess the water level is usually a little low in the summer making the shore line a bit muddy.

Family Winter Vacation

Our family came from Florida and stayed in this beautiful cabin as a winter getaway to see snow and visit somewhere new. What an amazing home with everything we could possibly need available to us. And the view of the lake was incredible! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Awesome Property!

This was our first time but will definitely not be our last! Gorgeous lakefront property with tons of modern conveniences. Very comfortable, great kitchen and bathrooms. The only negative was a strong sulfur smell in the water (shower and bathroom sinks mostly). Other than that, it was great.

Newly Built Lake Graham Home

We loved staying at the Sportsman’s Cabin. It was well stocked, beautifully furnished, and centrally located. We took advantage of its closeness to Ellsworth city pubs, restaurants, and breweries. We loved the local trails for hiking. The house has a lovely lake view that we enjoyed in the evening and for fishing and kayaking during the day. We also took advantage of the gas BBQ one evening when we stayed at home and cooked in. The king sized bed and marble bath made us feel like we were at a 5 Star hotel. Thanks for sharing this lovely home with us.
