We recommend this "dream villa Revoltes" with 234 sqm of living space for your holiday!
The pillar architecture of the house is a central building element and gives the house a unique appearance. The villa offers pure enjoyment and luxury throughout the interior and exterior! It was renovated in 2022 following a change of ownership and modernised to meet the highest standards of comfort. This exclusive villa has a luxury class in new-build quality that is exceptional for rental properties!

An electric gate provides access to the magnificent plot with a total area of around 650 square metres. There are 2 parking spaces in the carport and on the forecourt. The villa is south-facing and has unique sun terraces on the 1st and 2nd floors! These higher sun terraces guarantee maximum hours of sunshine to enjoy all year round! The outdoor area is secluded as it has been fenced in on all sides. Children can play there undisturbed and dogs have a marvellous run without being able to escape. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

The private pool measuring 9 x 4m with Roman steps is a real highlight!
The pool was completely rebuilt in 2023 for over 25 kEUR. The Italian, turquoise-blue tiles give the pool a seaside look like in the Caribbean. You and your whole family can enjoy your own private pool to refresh, play and swim! The very large, spiral-shaped outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes showering in the open air a pleasure.
There is a spacious sunbathing area around the pool with luxury loungers, which have additional padded cushions and separate tables for relaxed sunbathing. Next to the pool, you can take a seat at a high-quality seating and table group for 8 people under a pergola. This can be opened and closed on all sides so that you are always protected from the weather. There you can enjoy eating, drinking and relaxing together. The outdoor terrace offers a wonderful view of the pool and garden area as well as the "Segaria" mountain.

The entire house is air-conditioned and heated. In winter, you also benefit from underfloor heating in 2 bathrooms. All high-quality windows in the villa have roller shutters and mosquito nets. A tastefully furnished entrance area leads into the open-plan living room, high-quality branded kitchen and light-flooded conservatory. The living room has a large, internet-enabled TV and a soundbar that plays your favourite music via Bluetooth.
The kitchen is another highlight. It has two counters with a direct hatch to the conservatory with dining area. Thanks to its square shape, it is practically arranged and offers a high level of convenience thanks to the built-in quality brand appliances (convection cooker, extractor bonnet, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, two coffee machines, toaster, kettle, etc.). You also benefit from sufficient and tasteful crockery, cutlery, glasses and other kitchen utensils to make cooking and baking a pleasure. The side-by-side fridge-freezer in the side wing of the villa is a valuable extra, especially in the summer months, for keeping food and drinks cool and fresh. On the ground floor there is a guest bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90 metres) and a comfortable bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.
An impressive internal staircase leads to the first floor of the house. Here you will find the large master bedroom and two further bedrooms. All rooms are bright and friendly, air-conditioned and have large built-in wardrobes that provide ample storage space for all guests. The master bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2m) is flooded with light and impresses in the evening with an extraordinary starry sky. The large, exclusive built-in wardrobe offers plenty of space for clothes, shoes and bath towels etc. This makes getting dressed in the morning fun. This bedroom is also equipped with an internet-enabled TV. The en suite luxury bathroom is tiled to ceiling height and features a large washbasin, illuminated mirror, heated towel rail and a luxury floor-level shower with real glass screen.
The two other bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have double beds measuring 1.60 x 2 metres. All bedrooms on the 1st floor have patio doors that lead directly onto a surrounding outdoor terrace measuring approx. 40 square metres. Opposite the bedrooms you will find an outstanding luxury bathroom. It is equipped with a comfortable double washbasin, large mirror unit, floor-level shower with real glass screen, towel heating and two window units. The highlight of this large room is a "royal" bathtub unit with large storage areas on both sides, framed by massive pillars. All south-facing bedrooms are flooded with light through the patio doors and therefore have direct access to the outside terrace. An external staircase leads from this area directly to the large roof terrace. There you have a spectacular panoramic view to all sides as well as to the sea. Especially in spring, autumn and winter, you will find warming rays of sunshine there!

The villa was extensively modernised in 2022. You can receive all German, English and Spanish television programmes in high picture quality via an internet-enabled 58" TV. Fast WLAN has been installed throughout the house and outside.

The garden has been tastefully and lovingly landscaped with many blooming flowers and plants. In addition to an impressive palm tree (approx. 12 metres high), the "orchard" offers the following fruits:

- figs
- Kumquats

Pick real organic fruit from your own garden every day to start the day full of vitamins. You can access the impressive outdoor area from the house via the living room and conservatory. Relax and unwind with your family and friends under the outdoor terrace on the extraordinary lounge, which can comfortably seat up to 8 people. A large outdoor kitchen with fridge, separate BBQ and guest toilet is located to the side of the house.

The property is managed by a German, English and Spanish-speaking caretaker on site (office approx. 400 metres from the property). She always guarantees top service from the handover of the property to its return. Quick availability in case of questions or problems is a matter of course. Further services (1st purchase according to pre-order etc.) are possible on request by arrangement.
A weekly service for the garden and pool is carried out by qualified specialists.
Group bookings of young adults up to the age of 26 unaccompanied by parents are not accepted.

Location description:
The dream villa "Revoltes" in Els Poblets on the Costa Blanca is conveniently located between Valencia and Alicante. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO) in Geneva, the coastal strip, also known as the "white coast" due to its long sandy beaches, is one of the healthiest regions in the world! Due to the large orange and lemon plantations, the region is also known as the "vitamin chamber of Europe".
The airports of both major cities can be reached in around an hour's drive via the AP7 motorway.
The detached house is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Els Poblets. The town centre with restaurants, supermarkets, German bakery, butcher's shop and pharmacies is approx. 300 m away and within walking distance. The sea with kilometres of beaches is only approx. 900m away.
Denia with its beautiful old town, attractive shopping facilities, marina, water sports facilities & ferries to Ibiza & Mallorca is 10 minutes away by car.

Els Poblets is a quiet, small town with various shops, bars, banks etc. and attractive settlements with houses and holiday homes where many Spaniards, Germans, Austrians, Swiss and other Europeans live or holiday.
