Lovely hotel but had a few issues

On arriving, receptionist was on the phone, so we waited. Then when the call was ended she made another call saying to us I’ll be with you in a moment? Bit rude as we were standing there in the flesh? Went into the bar in the evening and ordered 2 drinks from the bar, we were told to take a seat and they would be brought over to us. We waiting over 20 minutes and had to leave as we were attending a concert so never had our drinks. Apart from those two things our room was lovely, although did look a bit worn in places. The bath was amazing and bed very comfortable. View was perfect. Also most staff were friendly. Would return but maybe needs either more staffing or training.
