One block 450' walk to the beach and one block 0.1 mile walk to the Sound side boat launch. Enjoy the best of both worlds at this cottage located within the narrowest part of the island.

The space
Our cottage is always clean and fresh and a great escape to both the Ocean Beach and Bouge Sound. Bring your skiff, paddle boards or jet skis and head out island hoping on the intercostal waterway!

Other things to note
There is a paved Bike/walking path that goes all the way up to town. Small 13th street public boat launch one block away amd a larger Public Boat launch that is ~5 minutes away

Cozy beach cottage

The property had everything we needed. Enough space and great outdoor area. We communicated a few times with Adam, he was very responsive. We had a wonderful visit.
