If you are looking for a relaxing vacation far from traffic and noise but still want to have a variety of activities to choose from, this is the place you want to spend your vacation. When you wake up in the morning and see the beautiful mountains out of your window, you will know why this area is called ‘Paradise Valley’. The view is breathtaking of the whole Valley!
There is a bakery, general store, post office and three restaurants within one half mile. Recreational opportunities include hiking, biking and Blue Ribbon trout fishing for native Cutthroat and Brown Trout on the world famous Yellowstone River. The Yellowstone River is only 1/2 of a mile from your front door! There are also several hiking and biking trails accessing the Galatin National Forest. In the winter, these trails can be accessed for cross country skiing. Bridger Bowl ski area is under an hour drive away. World famous Chico Hot Springs is only three miles away. There you will find a wonderful, large, relaxing hot pool which is drained nightly and filled with fresh warm mineral water daily. If you have any problem with achy joints, you will most likely find relief here. Chico Hot Springs also hosts a 5 star restaurant for which reservations are recommended. Their number is 1-800-HOT-WADA.
Avalon Villa 11 B, built in 2006, is approximately 1200 sq. feet. The villa contains:

For our guests protection! The recent corona virus has encouraged us to have stepped up our asepsis procedures in doing additional cleaning areas such as hand rails, door knobs, counter tops, television remotes, hand leavers on the Lazy Boy chairs, water faucets, etc with bacteria-virus killing products. These procedures will be done after every guest leaves. This is the perfect place to practice social distancing and enjoy some beautiful scenery.

The condo was super place to base our stay out of, we visited Chico Hot Springs and Gardiner. Emigrant was super cute and the people were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay to enjoy Chico Hot Springs

The villa was very nice and fit our needs quite well. We stayed 2 nights to go to Chico Hot Springs and the property is only 3 miles from Chico. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything that we needed.

Lovely place to stay while visiting Yellowstone. Well equipped. Choco's Mineral Baths nearby were wonderful. Great bakery for breakfast and several other good restaurants very close by.

Beautiful location

We spent a week at Bernie's place in Emigrant. It was a convenient location to Yellowstone National Park a few restaurants and fishing on the Yellowstone river. The condo was extremely clean which is always appreciated.We would highly recommend!
