We just needed a place to sleep for the night. Pleasantly surprised how nice and clean it was. It’s an older hotel but well maintained. The bed was really comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is more pillows on the bed. There were 3 but we could have used 4.

the staff was great and the place had some nice features (a pool and a large lobby area) and a casual atmosphere that felt welcoming. The towels were stained and there was a hole in the bathroom door.

Eleven Boutique Hotel

Good. We didn't need anything but a clean comfortable convenient place with very basic amenities, and it was great at that. Fiddling things like some missing trim on a bathtub fixture, and the shower curtain not staying all the way were unimportant.

Rather than list everything, I would simply not recommend staying here. The "manager" was attentive; through a translation app on his phone. No English. There was a sign indicating a restaurant; no restaurant. Granted it was a snow emergency and I needed to get off the road. But no vending machines (although there was a sign); unable to get to food; no services close enough to go to; and worse of all - when I was digging my car out he came by with a snowblower blowing snow over what I had cleared - three times. No one had plowed; or shoveled. The price the first night was fine; the second day it more than doubled. The manager said "you pay" when I went to find the vending machines and locked my door behind me having to let me back in with his key to get my credit card. I was increasingly uncomfortable. The housekeeper was cheerful and smiles - she was the only nice part of the stay.

Safely First or not??

The room was nice BUT the door to the room WAS NOT lock the door was not completely closed. I am thankful that nothing happened because of the this fact. The staff needs to make sure the doors are locked especially for outside room doors.

there was an abandoned cat outside my room, poor thing. I fed him. He was clearly abandoned. THe hotel management needs to call animal control to get this little guy captured and re-homed. I called but the city said management must make the request. There is a special place in hell for people who abandon their pets. Hotel was fine.

Would not recommend

This property is the definition of ‘you get what you pay for’ its price point had me wondering. However, with the multiple positive reviews on the app we took the gamble. The place seemed clean when first arriving, once getting to our room the truth showed. There was burn marks on the carpet from what I guess would have been an iron, on one of the beds the comforter was stained and the sheets had something crusty on them. The bathroom clean in like the rest of the room. So to conclude, Was it horrible, No Would I ever recommend, No Would I stay again, absolutely not If you are looking for something cheep and don’t plan on sleeping under the sheets, then this might be the place for you.

Waited 20 min for service that person was about 13 years old and gave me a phone to translate and said I dont speak english-(in Spanish) then the 13 year old employee and friends played loud music until almost midnight.
