Encinitas is one of the last true surf towns in Southern California that enjoys a mix of classic surf shops, local taco stands and modern, upscale restaurants. Walk and bike along Neptune Avenue to local beaches such as Grandview, Beacon Beach, Stone Steps and Moonlight State Beach. Enjoy the brand new sofa bed for extra guests to stay!

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy the brand new out door spa! Plenty of street parking in front of the house, also uber and Lyft are very responsive to this area. You will find yourself wanting to walk everywhere to all the local hotspots that Encinitas has to offer. Famous Neptune Ave is great for the evening stroll and enjoying the breath taking sunsets. Please do not stain the bath towels or bed linens. Also please do not track sand in the home. Trash day is early Monday, if you can bring the trash cans to the street on Sunday that would be great!
