We continue to come back to this rental because it's by far the best place we've ever stayed. We love all the amenities in the lodging; the fire pits, the tiki tub, it's all just so incredible relaxing and serene. Eric, Anne, and adorable pup Juan are fantastic hosts and always responsive. Best of all this place is always spotlessly clean. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this rental again and again.

The cottage was beautiful and very well outfitted. We didn't have a chance to take advantage of all that this cottage has to offer but if we had had time, it would have been great.Eric (the host) was available and responsive. The location is close to downtown with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The train station is a couple of blocks away and there is EV charging close also.My wife and I definitely recommend this.

The moment you step through the front gate, the cottage grabbed you with the beautiful tropical manicured yard, then to step into a tropical themed cottage that was cute and cozy. Eric has spared no expense in providing his guests with all the amenities and then some, to the wood burning fireplace, the cute hot tub off the bedroom and an amazing well stocked kitchen! Mother's Day Weekend Stay

Great time. Great place. Great location. Whether you are out of town checking out San Diego or you live in the city and need a staycation...this is an excellent option. My family of 4 had a great time hanging at the house and it is an excellent base of operation for exploring the beach communities. We will be back.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Pacific Palm Grove! The cottage and grounds were just beautiful...so well-designed, well-equipped and comfortable. And we so enjoyed walking in the historic neighborhood..such an eclectic array of homes with pretty gardens and foliage. Gorgeous beaches nearby too, and a lovely botanic garden. Perfect for a Workcation & Surfcation

This property has everything you need to work (incredibly fast WIFI), relax (loved the soaking tub), surf (very close to Swamis), and cook (incredibly well appointed kitchen for a rental - sharp knives and cast iron?!? Amazing). I want to keep this place a secret, but that wouldn’t be fair! We will be coming back!
