It was clean. Beds were comfortable.Host manager was extremely efficient and friendly, making sure all things were in order.There were workable ceiling fans, and the HVAC system work flawlessly.Washer and dryer were clean and efficient.

DO NOT BRING YOUR BOAT! This house is listed as having a boat slip next door. There is no boat slip and we called several times to the host with a response they would call right back. Never did. Talked to neighbor who said he does not know of the house having a boat slip. The house is very neat and clean, clean smell was a bit harsh when we first arrived, but after coming and going in and out, the smell subsided. The house states two bathrooms, however, be aware that the second is out in the laundry room on the screen porch, not accessible from inside the house. There were just two of us, so never an issue, but if we had another couple, may have been tight. The house overall was nice, it was just frustrating to pull a boat all the way down with no where to keep it, and no response from host.
