Motel room was clean but the carpet was dirty. The hotel rents rooms out weekly/ monthly. There were a lot of boots in front of doorways. The lobby area was extremely dirty. Trash overflowing and counters were not cleaned. I have stayed here in the past but I will not again. Very disappointed what it has become.

Good value stay

We stayed 1 night passing through on a family trip. Room had an old look and basic but was clean, comfortable and I felt safe. It didn’t have a refrigerator, coffee maker and bathroom was very small but for the price, it was perfect and I would stay again for a single night stay.

Nice place

We stayed at the Motel 6 in Erie, Pennsylvania, or one night. The room was nice, but the carpet needed to be replaced. Everything else in the room was in great condition. It was quiet at night and we slept well. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great place to stop and rest our head on a long road trip.

This was our worst motel 6 experience today. The entire place smelled like cigarettes and urine- like we had to keep going outside for fresh air. There were trash bags with dirty diapers just in the hallway. When we got to our room there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector? The floor was so dirty our socks were black within minutes. I truly can’t express how grimy this motel was- I would not recommend anyone stay here
