A pleasent friendly welcome and service, let down only by one member of staff more interested in hiding with her phone rather than attending to breakfast service. On that day only cold "hot" food ( most dishes missing) no coffee offered, hot water for tea was cold, bread was missing, cereals unfilled. Other days were plentiful and satisfactory.

Comfortable with brilliant breakfast
Checked in late and left early so no chance to enjoy hotel facilities. Hotel location convenient for my business. Room was comfortable and clean. There was a glitch over card payment but soon sorted. The breakfast was brilliant and I will go back for more.

The hotel is great and the breakfast was delicious! but our room smelled like curry and the second day when they cleaned they left a vacuum in the middle of the room.
