The apartment is spacious and easily accommodates 6 adults. It has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Has full air conditioning and heating and the reviews speak for themselves.

There is a gated and secure pool area with a children’s pool and toilet and showers. Beach towels are supplied together with generous sized cool boxes and lightweight beach chairs & umbrella.

The property is Ideally located is just a few minutes stroll from the gorgeous beach (12 mins) the sophisticated and lively marina (10 mins) the old & new town (15 mins) with. numerous restaurants to choose from to suit all budgets and tastes. In the immediate vicinity, there is a Lidl with a fresh bakery, delicatessen and fresh fish counter,3 mins walk, small convenience store, 3 bars,2 serving Tapas and a takeaway all within a couple of minutes walk.

Very central and very clean apartment

We had a lovely time in this very functional apartment. The owner was always reachable if there was a problem. Everything Is at a walking distance and Estepona is a beautiful little town.

La comunicaciĂłn con el propietario rĂĄpida y fluida. Lo ofertado estaba todo y en buen estado. Se agradece todo el material de playa. El apartamento estĂĄ en buen estado y limpio excepto el techo(quizĂĄs por alguna gotera de la terraza del piso superior)y es amplio. Muy satisfechos con la experiencia.

Comfortable spacious apartment

We stayed in this spacious, comfortable apartment for one week. The apartment is new. The check in was easy and the host responsive. There is a grocery store within walking distance. A car is useful, as it is a longish walk to the beach and to the old town. Ensure you have your own hand soap, shower gel, and garbage bags for longer stays, as these are not included in the rental. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it! Thank you!

Lovely apartment in attractive Estepona

We lived staying in Paul’s apartment. The communal pool was great. We ended up walking everywhere in Estepona, because it is not such a large town. Nice pizza place on the other side of the roundabout and great tapas place across the street. Grocery store nearby. Parking close by no problem.

Lovely flat. Great location

As described in previous reviews the flat is spacious and very comfortable. The air con is excellent and the swimming pool was generally very quiet and we really enjoyed using it. The apartment is in a great location with easy walks to the Port , the beaches , and the old town. Lots of great places to eat and explore in Estepona. We also really enjoyed visiting the surrounding area Especially visiting Casares and Ronda.

El alojamiento en la foto. Cuando llegamos era un desastre total. Hablamos con el contacto que no era Paul, y procedieron a arreglar las diferentes cosas: el toldo, el aire acondicionado del dormitorio principal, la correa de la persiana de otro dormitorio. Total 4 dĂ­as perdidos de playa. Aunque lo mĂĄs impactante, el anuncio decĂ­a Aparcamiento para el vehĂ­culo, y no existĂ­a tal, sino la calle o sea la vĂ­a pĂșblica. AsĂ­ que no aconsejarĂ­a a nadie la experiencia. El propietario dijo que por las molestias nos abonarĂ­a 100& y no lo ha cumplido. Total un chasco. Desde luego nunca mĂĄs contrataremos un alojamiento vacacional con BRVO.

Very well equipped apartment

The apartment is very spacious with everything you need with a lot of extras which you do not usually get (deck chairs and umbrellas for the beach, cool box, beach towels) All 3 bedrooms and lounge have air conditioning which was great as the temperature was 32 degrees plus every day. The balcony is small but still big enough for 4 chairs and a table. The kitchen was modern and equipped with all items necessary for cooking but as you are close to the port and the town we did not really use as there are so many restaurants in the area. Plenty of towels provided and the beds were very comfortable. Very good tv with the bonus of English tv, movies and sport etc,at no extra charge. Paul, the host was excellent with all communications and there was even a man there to greet us to show us where everything was and explained how everything worked. The only slight negative was that there was some road noise as the apartment is on a main junction.

Muy buen apartamento, una pena el aire

El apartamento estĂĄ genial. Lastima que el aire acondicionado de una habitaciĂłn se estropeĂł en pleno agosto đŸ„”. Paul hizo todo lo posible para conseguir un aire acondicionado portĂĄtil y que estuviĂ©ramos agusto. AĂșn asĂ­ hacĂ­a mucho calor, pero la estancia estuvo genial. Camas cĂłmodas, espacioso, piscina cercana y no muy concurrida.

Lovely apartment, close to the port and amenities

We really enjoyed our stay in Estapona. The apartment was centrally located a short walk from the port and beaches. It is also a short walk to several supermarkets and shops. It is a town apartment, so there is a bit of road noise, but the view from the balcony is still attractive. The property was well furnished and clean, with modern, quiet air-conditioning units in the living room and bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the furniture in the apartment is modern. Paul had provided beach chairs, cool boxes, beach towels etc, even buckets and spades (if you have small children) so there was no need to overpack with these items. The lovely swimming pool is a one minute walk around the back of the building. I would recommend anyone to anyone wanting to stay centrally in beautiful Estapona :)

Excellent apartment!!

We have just enjoyed an 8 night stay and the apartment is exactly as described. It is ideally located between the old town and the marina with great amenities right on the door step. There's a couple of great little tapas restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away and Lidl and Aldi really close by. We had an issue with not being able to access the pool for a couple of days whilst we were there (the pool fobs werent working). Communication from Paul was excellent and he did everything he could to sort the problem out until it was fixed. The pool is a great size and most days in the morning we were the only people there. There is also a small shallow pool which was perfect for our baby. We loved the area, lots of amazing places to eat and drink. In particular the square in the old town and the restaurants around that area. We'd definitely recommend going up to the top floor of the hotel on the square to the roof top cocktail bar at sunset. We decided not to hire a car this time but if we returned we would do as the water park for the kids was just a bit far out for us to get to. But plenty for the kids to enjoy, the area along the beach has lots of play parks and everywhere is very family friendly. We would highly recommend booking this apartment for your stay in Estepona

El apartamento estĂĄ muy bien y Paul el propietario estuvo muy pendiente, a travĂ©s de la app por mensajes y con el apoyo de la empresa local de limpieza. Es amplio, tal y como se ve en las fotos, excepto la terraza, justo para 4 y con los muebles estropeados por el sol. La cocina tenĂ­a todo (excepto el microondas que echamos de menos, pero que ya sabĂ­amos) la descripciĂłn es muy exacta. El Ășnico problema fue que hasta no hacer la reserva no indicaba los 80€ de limpieza que habĂ­a que pagar allĂ­, y las tasas de cambio a libras, que hizo que finalmente se pagara algo mĂĄs. La zona genial. Con una tienda de ultramarinos cerca, la pollerĂ­a y el Mercadona y el Lidl muy cerca. Tranquilo y con la playa a 10 minutos bajando un par de cuestas. El Ășnico problema es que al ser un primero se escuchaban los coches y la gente, pero no tanto como para no poder dormir. La piscina genial, grande y con espacio de sobra para tumbarse en el cĂ©sped artificial, pero se comparte con el edificio de al lado, asĂ­ que habĂ­a que bajar a la calle. Nuestra experiencia general fue muy buena.

Great location, clean and spacious apartment

We spent a week in this apartment with our 3 teenage sons. It is spacious and clean and it is very conveniently located. The pool is a good size, it was never too busy and sometimes we were there on our own despite it being high season. There is a Lidl supermarket about 5 or 6 minutes walk away and there is a smaller supermarket that sells fresh bread just across the road. The beach is about 15 minutes walk away and there are a number of restaurants within a few f minutes walk of the apartment. The area feels very safe and we were happy to let our sons walk to the supermarket or beach alone. There are some beautiful mountain towns to visit close by and the busier towns of Puerto Banus and Marbella are easily reached by car. Paul, the owner, responded quickly to queries before we travelled and during our holiday. We really enjoyed our stay in Estepona and hope to come back soon.

Fantastic Time in Estepona

We booked this apartment based on previous reviews and we were not disappointed. The apartment is actually the most comfiest we have stayed in. It is spacious with 3 good size bedrooms and a king size bed in one! The lounge area was lovely too and it was a bonus having two showers! There was everything we needed including beach towels, beach umbrella, mats, chairs and cool boxes. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the marina and about 10/15 to the beautiful old town, which we loved. The resort is very Spanish, which we liked, I think the locals holiday here. The pool was big and the area around it very clean, but we preferred the beach and went to playa del crista which is near the marina as it has more of a gentle cove, which we preferred with young children. All correspondence with Paul was professional and he was easy to get hold of if we needed him for anything. He gave us a recommendation for a taxi for transfer and gave lots of information about the resort. There is a Lidl just 5 minutes from the apartment.We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Paul was a great host.

Owner was 1st class, keys sent to our home prior to arrival. Given the telephone number for taxi all went really smoothly. Apartment had everything we needed. Would certainly go back again. Highly recommend

Well located property within walking distance of Estepona Port, La Rada Beach, Old Town etc. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a fully operational kitchen, to include toaster, hob/oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a coffee machine. All beds in each of the 3 bedrooms were extremely comfortable. AC throughout the property. The owner was extremely accommodating and professional from the beginning. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Verten var super - kjapp og grei kommunikasjon. Virkelig gode senger i tre fine soverom. Godt lydisolert mellom rommene. Greit utstyrt kjÞkken. 10 minutter Ä gÄ til gamlebyen, som er virkelig vakker! 15 minutter Ä gÄ til Playa Del Cristo, den beste stranda i nÊrheten. Veldig greit Ä parkere ved stranda, hvis man har bil. Lett Ä parkere nÊr leiligheten ogsÄ. Tapasrestauranten El Tejar 5 minutter unna er et must!
