Apartment sea view 900 m from the beach on the 1st floor with lift, for 5 people comfortable and well equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bath, living room, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and large terrace with table , chairs and loungers. The apartment is located in a luxurious residence guarded 24h / 24h, with swimming pools, gyms, sauna, lawns and very well maintained garden.
Pool safety is ensured by 2 swimming masters from June to August. A defibrillator is also available in the residence
 The apartment is equipped with Television, Internet fiber and unlimited free WiFi. Outdoor parking in the residence and garage in the basement included. The additional costs include water, electricity, unlimited internet, key collection by a professional real estate agent on site, it also provides the supply and implementation of sheets and towels and the end of stay cleaning.

The car is recommended although the residence is located 300 meters from a bus station with a connection every 20 minutes to Estepona or Marbella.

Guy’s apartment is absolutely lovely and the views from the 1st floor balcony are great. Sotoserena is an amazing complex and maintained to a high standard and the location is very easily accessed just off the A7, 10 mins drive away from Estepona. I would definitely stay here again.Many thanks

Great Quiet Location

This is not a party location, but the condo is very clean, and well laid out and well apointed. The property manager was very attentive in meeting us, and I am certain that they would have been great if we had needed them......but we did not. The condo is in a great location between Marbella and Esptonia, quiet area near great beaches and to both towns. We would recommend it 100%.

Very comfortable apartment. A glorious month!

We were lucky with the weather. The apartment is well furnished and definitely a home for home. Very secure. A car is needed as it is for most similar properties in the area. It made a great base as we were visiting much of Andulisia and if you are a golfer then it is paradise, so many courses to choose from.
