We had a great time at the Mountain Escape on Fall River! Loved the location and easy access to RMNP and Estes Park. Enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing by the water in the morning drinking coffee. Clean condo and appreciated the throw blankets and extra fans.

Please read all positives and negatives to help you with your business. Never received any information on check-in had to call to get information first gave me the wrong information then found the right information as in the codes. From photos and everything else would’ve never guessed I was gonna be a middle condo would not have picked that out like more privacy. First night power went out, called the people and asked how to get the power back on as in. Who do I call? At first the guy sounded like it wasn’t his problem. After hours of being without power in a place, I have never been. We finally got an email and works with the power company to get it back on. Cool thing was that the large bear outside of our door. I’m not exactly sure how you can have a place with only one door in and one door out. Also not a fan of sleeping on twin beds pushed together me and my husband sleep together so having a twin size bed gap between sleeping together causes issues with sleeping. If it says king size bed, it should be a king size bed. Beautiful location nice parking area, clean, hot tub. Small place smaller than it looks in photos. Dryer is loud. You cannot even hear the TV and the tub and the bathroom sink downstairs does not drain so you are washing yourself in your own filth. Explaining the three star review. Another positive as I did see people fixing things outside that needed to be fixed. With vrbo I’ve never had a problem checking in before I normally receive early

Unresolved - unable to use master bed

The condo is in a convenient location and it’s cute. We loved the upstairs suite. And we were looking forward to using the downstairs master bedroom, but when we pulled back the sheets, the smell of urine wafted through the room. At some point, urine had saturated the mattress, and its smell permeated the newly laundered bedclothes. We contacted the management company, and they did come out. But they said there was nothing they could do. The housekeeping supervisor stated they had just laundered the mattress. It obviously didn’t work. They wouldn’t move us to the empty unit next door. They promised a manager would call on Monday, but no one ever did. The unit was clean overall, but we were unable to use the master due to the smell. It really did disrupt our trip significantly since there wasn’t a place for half our party to get any sleep. We still have not received a call about our concerns. Could be a great place! But poorly managed, so not a reliable place to stay.

Beautiful Location

The location and the view from this unit was incredible. The unit itself was okay. It had what we needed, but was very cramped in the living area for a family of four. The couch was not comfortable for sitting. The washer and dryer only worked on one of the settings. The drain held water in the downstairs shower so you had to stand in water to your ankles while showering. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The hot tub was great and so was the fireplace!

We had a wonderful long weekend of relaxation and enjoying the amazing views of Estes Park and Rocky Mountian National Park. Record snow fall throughout Colorado for November. The house was clean, just as described/pitcured. Communication with the host was great. Would 100% recommended staying here!

Great Location

We loved the cabin feel in this somewhat remote location. Far enough away from town to feel private/secluded yet close enough to enjoy the amenities of town. Also, very close to the entrance of RMNP. The cabin was warm and inviting and the river was steps away from the front door. We spent so much time enjoying the cabin and surrounding outdoors.

Condo by the river

This was a cute and cozy condo right on the river. The stay was in a perfect location between national park entrance and the town. It was so peaceful having morning coffee along the river. We loved the ease of the fireplace. It was perfect size to accommodate two couples and allow for privacy. It has all the conveniences and amenities you need. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
