This one of a kind, 2500 sq. ft. home is situated on 28 acres of its OWN MOUNTAIN (Giant Track Mountain) with spectacular views of downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

The home is at the end of the road on a private drive so VERY PRIVATE and secure. Hike to the top of the mountain and enjoy the pristine, snow-capped mountains of the Continental Divide. REST your sore muscles after hike in newly added Hot Tub!
This beautiful high end custom home with 180 degree views sits on over 28 acres and backs to Roosevelt National Forest, yet only 2 miles to downtown. The home has real natural light with skylights and Pella doors and low e windows to take in the majestic views. It has an open floor plan for entertaining with wraparound deck. The gourmet kitchen boasts cherry cabinets, granite, and professional series Viking appliances including gas range with grill, 5' refrigerator/freezer, full double convection ovens, and double dishwasher drawers. Other bonuses include HOT TUB, radiant in floor heat on main level, Jacuzzi tub in downstairs bathroom, commercial lighting, custom shelving throughout. Home also has Wireless Internet!!
Serene executive retreat you must see to believe. Tiny old cabin on site is NOT to be used due to code restrictions in Estes.
The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room with table for 8 and also adjoins the large open living room with original rock fireplace. The master bedroom and bath are just off the kitchen on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, beautiful mountain views through the windows, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.
Up the winding staircase and past the balcony, the second (loft) bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own private bathroom with double vanity sinks and walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is one floor below the main level and has its own outside door entrance or is accessed by the winding staircase down from living room. There is a king-size bed. There is extra space in this room for additional 2 guests MAXIMUM more than the 6 in sleeping beds. There is a queen air-mattress for the downstairs bedroom.
The lower bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, and Jacuzzi tub. This is ideal for couples or letting the teenagers have their own space.

Three bathrooms make this an ideal home for larger groups of 8. House equipped with Dish Network and Wi-Fi Internet provides information and entertainment options. SMART TV's in Master Bedroom and Downstairs Bedroom and Living Room!
The wraparound deck affords views of downtown Estes Park and the Stanley Hotel property and the majestic mountains of Rocky Mountain National Park. Family Mountain Getaway

This was our summer 2020 trip that was cancelled due to COVID. Grandpa wanted to take the grandkids to the mountains where he spent many fishing and hiking trips. Kids are 5 years older now but still made amazing memories. This house was a fantastic home base. Secluded, amazing views, very open for time spent together when we weren't in RMNP. Clean, stocked with all the essentials. Would definitely come back.

Finally, a rental home, that really is all it's cracked up to be. We loved this home! The owner and the local caretaker were easily reached when needed. They went above and beyond with suggestions and tips to make sure our stay in Estes Park was a vacation to remember. If you are planning to prepare meals at the house, don't worry, the kitchen is well stocked with all the right utensils and high-end appliances you will need to make large family dinners. The pictures on the website are real but they can't give you a true sense of the feeling you’ll get standing on the deck looking down at almost the entire Estes Park valley below. I can tell you firsthand that the home was very clean and furnished so that you can relax. It has a comfortable lived-in vibe that makes it feel like your own home during your stay. It really is The Perfect Mountain Home and thank you to the owners for allowing all of us to experience it.

I don't know where to start. This place is amazing. The house is wonderful with all the amenities, but you'll want to stay outside on the deck to take in all the mountain views. Our family stayed there before checking out the Rocky Mountains and it was the perfect location. Probably 5 minutes from the entrance. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Loved this home - if you are in Estes Park - stay here! View was spectacular - house had plenty of room - kitchen well-appointed - hot tub was amazing - such a relaxing, clean, beautiful home to stay at for RMNP. It is a short drive to town and you are right next to the park. The driveway is gravel and somewhat steep - have 4x4 if you are staying during snow season. You can’t go wrong staying here - this was our favorite house of the trip!

Gorgeous mountain vacation home

Really nice property on a mountain with beautiful views! So close to the National Park, lots of wildlife all around and fun activities for kids and adults. Hot tub and infant/toddler accommodations were a great plus. The communication with host was excellent, very responsive. Overall we had a really nice time and would highly recommend this home!

Good Family hangout

My adult (20 somethings) kids weren’t able to be home over Christmas, so for their gift I rented this home for us all to spend some time together. Kitchen was perfect for cooking, big dining table was perfect for meals and playing games. Fireplace was nice for evenings watching a movie. Hot tub was nice to warm up and look at the views. Beds are all king size, so plenty of bed space. Main level bed is pretty firm. Downstairs is a little more cushy. Plenty of bathrooms and shower spaces. We explored the sites in Estes Park and in Rocky Mntn National Park. When it’s windy the house is a bit creaky! It was windy a few days! But super cozy inside with the nice heated floors!Road/ drive in is a little steep, but it was clear and dry when we stayed!Overall this wonderful home provided the perfect place for my grown kids and I to spend some time together!

Great place to stay in Estes Park

Not only does the house have a fantastic view over the Estes Park valley, but it is beautifully placed at the back of the mountain with no one behind you. It's very close to the RMNP and we also had no problem getting downtown from there. The rooms are spacious with great views from any place in the house. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with top-quality appliances. We will certainly be back.

Great house! Breathtaking views, beds and furniture were great on the main level and the loft. We did not use the lower level (it did seem a little musty, but it may just need to have the widows opened and aired out). Very convenient to town and the park. Plenty of nearby wild life strolled through the yard as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was so beautiful that it made us want to move to Colorado. The property manager and owner gave us amazing recommendations on what to do and where to eat while we were in town. Great spot for family and friends. Views were incredible and everything was convenient based on location. Check-in was super easy and communication with owner was perfect.
