This Estes Park condo is located in the center of town in the Rivers Pointe Downtown Lofts. Large windows provide a perfect vantage point from where you can enjoy the view and experience parades and other happenings.

The open living room features a gas fireplace and access to the furnished deck, ideal for relaxing and observing the excitement down below as dinner cooks on the propane grill. The full kitchen is well-equipped for the perfect meal. This rental also comes with a private washer/dryer, media library, and free WiFi.

Dining and shopping are only a short walk from this rental. Guests can also hop in the car and head to Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking on the trails.

Wonderful stay- Great Location

We stayed here during the second leg of our 10 day road trip through South Dakota and Colorado! It was the perfect space and location for us! During our days we spent our time hiking, biking, rafting and exploring in the mountains, making this the perfect place to come home to, with easy walking access to everything in Estes Park. We loved everything about it!

Lovely loft in Downtown Estes

The apartment was very clean when we checked in and had all the amenities that we needed. We didn't do any cooking during our short stay, but it did appear to be well stocked if you did want to cook. There was coffee and creamer available when we arrived and it was enough for about 3 days, depending on how big a coffee drinker you are. Biggest draw for this apartment was the location. It is absolutely perfect! Located on the west end of town with large picture windows overlooking Elkhorn Drive, it is walking distance to everything in downtown, local beer garden is around the corner, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops close by. We were very happy with this property and would definitely stay here again.

Check in process with Vacasa was miserable. Sent us incorrect access codes, and had to wait on hold standing outside the unit for a while to get the correct code from someone who was nowhere local. Really pretty unacceptable. My second bad experience with them as a property manager to the point where I'm reluctant to book another property they manage. The unit itself was very nice and modern, with some asterisks. No "real" coffee maker, just a keurig. In this day and age, just have a drip coffee maker and some filters in the unit. Also worth mentioning, the second bed is basically in the middle of the kitchen / living room with no privacy, you'll need to decide if that matters to you, it didn't for us because there were just two of us. But, the unit itself was extremely nice, clean, and more "high end" than most that I've stayed in otherwise. It is right at the end of the main street in downtown Estes park, so location was great. Parking is in the parking lot behind the unit, so it's a little bit more of an effort to get all your stuff from the car, up the stairs or elevator to the unit and back. All said and done, I'd come back, with the asterisk about the Property Management.

Great location for a family trip to Estes Park. It was nice being located so close to the downtown area for dining and shopping convenience. The property was easy to access, clean and as described in the listing. Would book this property again.

Wonderful stay in Estes Park

The property was as advertised. The design and layout of the property is wonderful. Also enjoyed the fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. It was immaculately clean. Perfectly stocked with towels, sheets and everything you would need for your stay. The location was outstanding for our trip to Estes park. Very close to the Rocky national park. If we return, I would definitely book this property again.!!!! Check in and check out was a breeze.

Escape to Estes

This location was absolutely perfect for our trip to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The apartment was sparkling clean and the beds were comfortable. After a day of hiking in the park it was a quick drive back to apartment to get ready for everything downtown Estes has to offer. When we come back, I will most definitely be checking to see if this place is available.

Spring Break in the Rockies

Great loft in Estes Park that was so convenient for our Rocky Mountain excursions and for fun in the city. The only reason for an overall review of four stars is because of the sofa bed, which we needed to use. It was hard to set up and its inflatable mattress would not hold air through the night. Given the state of the sofa bed, this rental should really be listed as appropriate for no more than a party of four.

Weekend Stay

Great location, has issues with both access codes (outside property door and inside). Understand the reason for having the temperature turned down to lower costs when not being utilized, but walking into a setting of 55 in the winter was a little unpleasant, took until the next morning to get the condo to a comfortable temperature. Still a great stay, would stay there again.

getting in and parking were difficult. also i never could find the dumpster for my trash. several others staying there couldn't find it either. listing said there was no ac, so I carried a fan. Property had really good ac. Paperwork referred to property as one entity. Printing on window to lobby called it, River Pointe Condominiums. Very confusing.

Excellent Location!

The loft was clean and nicely decorated. We loved using the key punch entry instead of having to keep track of keys, very convenient! The best part about our stay was the location. We were staying right in the middle of the action in Estes Park, with shopping, restaurants, and The Stanley within walking distance. We were there over the 4th of July and were able to sit on the deck to enjoy the fireworks show, can’t beat that! We were a little concerned about having to use the public parking lot over a busy holiday weekend, but we never had any trouble finding a spot when we came back after driving to RMNP and other attractions that were further away. The only complaint we have is that one of our adult sons slept on the hide a bed sofa and that mattress was pretty terrible. It’s a combination foam and air mattress, but the air portion kept going flat. Great idea in theory, but he hardly slept while we were there because it was so uncomfortable. All in all, we still enjoyed our stay. Just wouldn’t recommend planning to use the hide a bed!

Absolutely Amazing - Highly Recommend

This location cannot be beat. It’s got beautiful views of the downtown area and is in walking distance to just about everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!! So much so that we decided to stay an extra night. It was super easy for us to call the number provided by the owner and extend our stay. The home itself was incredibly clean, and even better in person. I don’t think that the photos on this app truly did it justice. I was very happy with the ease of check-in as well. I never had to talk to anyone face to face. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Estes Park.
