Come experience the Overlook Nook at Mary’s Lake and let all your troubles drift away! This newly redecorated two-bedroom condo that sleeps six has all the amenities for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. It’s the perfect place for you to unwind and decompress from life’s daily grind while you relax and recharge. And nothing says it better than the mountain views of Estes Park's northern mountain range. You can also enjoy the oversized private patio/deck area with room for outdoor dining for six and a private space with more seating. The communal pool is open during summer months *subject to change per HOA*. This will feel like your new home away from home, but better!

When it’s time for a change or when that midafternoon rain shower slips in to provide a little downtime, you can relax inside this beautifully furnished condo that offers two master suite bedrooms and a pullout sleeper sofa. It hits the spot after a long day of exploring, adventure, and shopping. A fully appointed kitchen allows you to prepare any kind of meal while enjoying your favorite movie or sporting event on a big screen TV from the living room. This home also comes with a gas fireplace for those quiet, romantic evenings or for that perfect mountain ambiance on a cool winter night.

This unit comes with a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, dining area seating for six, two full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. This two-story condo allows for privacy with the sleeping areas located on the second floor. Each master suite comes with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a television. The full-size sleeper sofa is located in the living area, providing additional sleeping options. The unit comes with a window-mount a/c, which is installed seasonally starting Memorial Day through the end of September each year. These amenities are all included so that your stay at Overlook Nook is easy and convenient.

Let me start by saying Estes Park and RMNP were awesome and the location of these condo is great. Close enough to town to get there quickly but far enough away for peace and quiet. Good location for accessing park amenities. We had all the space we needed. We do cook when staying away from home and there were enough pans and a nice selection of spices.The floors of this unit are uneven. The sofa is completely worn out and the sofa sleeper was broke down. The upstairs bed I slept in left me with a back ache each day, so if good sleep is important to you, this may not be your best choice.

4 nights in Paradise!

Estes is always one of our favorites. The Overlook Nook is beautiful and located on the side of a hill overlooking canyons and amazing rock formations. We enjoyed the condo and even used the Hot Tub. Great Place!

Great place to stay close to RMNP

The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to downtown Estes Park and the entrance to RMNP. Having two floors was extremely nice to be able to put the kiddos to bed and still be up and not worry about waking them up.

Great location, could use some deep cleaning

The inside of the property was well cleaned. We were very much looking forward to utilizing the hot tub which played into the selection of this property. However, after attempting to use on the first day we opened it and there was black mold on the head rests of each sit. The floating chlorine dispenser also had a lot of mold. It appeared to not have been cleaned properly for a long time.

Family Get Away

My parents, husband and 8 month old went to Estes Park for a long weekend and this condo was perfect for us! Each bedroom having a full bathroom attached was fantastic. Easy drive to downtown and far enough away where you truly feel in the mountains. We had to call to get the code as that was not provided but once we had that all was well. We would highly recommend staying at any of their condos!

Great place to stay for a mountain get away!

Wonderful place, loved it! Had everything we needed with extra bedding and very cozy beds. Location was great - easy access to everywhere we wanted to go while also staying away from the busy roads. Parking was always accessible, although there are lots of steps into the place for those with accessibility issues. Pool and hot tub were pretty run down, which is my only complaint.

The area by Mary’s Lake is very pretty, especially with snow in the meadow and on the mountain tops. The facility itself looked a little run down, and the decking needs paint. The unit we rented - Overlook Nook was very cozy, with nice interior design and amenities. Great LG kitchen appliances.

Property was clean and old and poor communication with property managment

The accommodation was clean but outdated (couch on its last leg, tv not properly secured to the wall, dead bugs here and there, etc). The entire accommodation (lower level and upper) have a significant slope. My friend and I called property management to see if they could put us in another unit because we didn’t feel safe. We had two calls with PMI. Tim, the person we each spoke to, didn’t resolve anything, left long pauses of silence on the line and refused to put us through to their manager (after initially lying and saying he didn’t have their number). We waited for a call back and left to stay elsewhere an hour later. We never heard from PMI again (email or phone call). We did not receive a refund nor did we get good customer service. I would never recommend renting from a property managed by PMI Estes.

The picture is not of where we stayed

I was upset with myself as I did not ask questions about stairs and relied on the pictures provided. I have knee problems and our friend had difficulty with all the stairs also (my fault, I neglected to check it out thoroughly) a better view would also have been nice. Not recommended for people with even minimal disabilities.
