A very nice house that we made our home for several weeks. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Most importantly, the hosts were kind and responsive when we reached out with questions or requests.
I brought my parents and my sons (27 & 12) up to Oregon from central California for my daughter's graduation. This home was SPOTLESS, check-in instructions were very clear and the host provided excellent communication throughout our stay. All of us were so comfortable, the location was perfect and we will be back for the future son-in-law's graduation next year. Thank you!!
The house is just fine. Communication and a few touches could be better. We didnât get access instructions until we contact the host, about a half hour before our stay was supposed to begin. When we got there in the evening, all the heat was off in the house was quite cold. The instructions for the heater did not work. A simple set of instructions â or even writing on the remote â wouldâve helped a lot. Communication with the host was delayed, as was his ability to help.Other little touches also wouldâve helped: there was a coffee maker, but we didnât see any coffee. There were a lot of herbal teabags, and one teabag with caffeine. So not bad, but a bit more attention, communication, and TLC would improve the experience for the next guest.
Great place from which to visit Eugene and surroundings
Comfortable property with all the amenities you could wish for. It is situated in a quiet family neighborhood, close enough to shops to be able to walk to them (if that is what you like). We cycled or walked most of the time and found access to safe bike routes easy. One note, which is not a criticism of the property, but something to be aware of, is that the Beltline Highway is close by, so road noise can be heard in the garden and if you have the bedroom windows open, at night. It did not affect our stay and we still happily sat in the garden to read our books.
Just spent one night. Clean and quiet. Close to restaurants. We did not use kitchen so can't remark on that. Portable fans each room to help keep cool. Older home but clean home.
Everything was as advertised. Great location not far from anything. Comfy beds, all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again when we come to visit family!
This property was amazing and it felt like home. We definitely would come and stay here again. It was easy in and out, travel to and from Hayward field and surrounding restaurants and eateries. The property owner was very accommodating and was on top of communication and answering our every question. We absolutely loved our stay.
Repeat stayer. We have used Rob and Ana's place multiple times during our trips to Oregon. Won't stay anywhere else. Great communication, clean comfortable homes and great location.
Came for our son's graduation from UO. Will definitely be back in the future.
Highly recommend
Super clean and very well stocked. Extra blankets, separate temperature control for each room, and enough cooking supplies to host Thanksgiving dinner are all great points. The huge TV with an active Netflix account was a huge perk.
Host lives near by and is super responsive to all concerns.
Only have one improvement suggestion: the listing should mention scented cleaning products are used, those with hypoallergenic requirements may have difficulty.
The property is located in a charming residential neighborhood. Amenities are a short drive away. UofO is also close.
Home is very clean. Beds are comfortable. Communication with the property manager was easy - they were very responsive to my questions. Will stay there again when Iâm in Eugene.
The house was not bad; it was in a good location. I don't think there was a comfortable chair in the whole house. The first thing I noticed in the morning was that the bathtub was not cleaned - there was hair in the tub (ugh!). The bathroom has been nicely updated but the kitchen not so much - the cupboard doors don't even want to close. The refrigerator door opens the wrong way, so it was very awkward getting things in and out. From the pictures the back yard looks very nice, but in reality it was a disaster - nothing but weeds. We never even set foot out there. And don't get me started about all the fake flowers throughout the house - many need dusting!
Great centralized location for Eugene/Springfield. Easy to get anywhere quickly. Nice quiet neighborhood. We were there 6 nights and the property met our needs.
