This is a 3 star hotel for a 5 star pricing. Staff was nice and kind. However, this hotel has the least facilities compared to the price that we paid. We paid $826 for just 2 nights. We were in a hurry and had to get a hotel. Otherwise I wouldn't have paid anywhere close to this price for this hotel. I felt that this hotel is so unsafe since there were no security on site and anyone who is not a resident can just walk in and go up the elevator. During our stay, we came back after having dinner out and there was someone who looked like under heavy use of drugs walking in to the hotel. As soon as he saw us, he started walking so fast and disappeared inside the hotel. There was no one to notify and we just went in to our room. Hotel says that this is right in the downtown area. However, do not think of walking around this area since there are so many homeless people and drug addicts. When we went there, it was around 6 pm and wanted to take a walk to go for dinner. However, we were advised (thank you for that) not to walk since it was not safe.

Staff were GREAT…flexible, honest and considerate. Very busy between large volleyball tournament attendees and horrible weather. I would stay here again given its proximity to campus and restaurants.

Been to this hotel twice - really like the hotel property and location. The staff is always great. My issue was with management - I reported a loud noise (water running) in the room that kept my wife up much of the night. I was told they would explore it. It was not rectified but what bothered me most was no follow up. Poor.
