Accordion doors and windows open up the main living area to the outside, creating a breezy, connected atmosphere. The large kitchen features a central island with bar seating, ideal for casual dining and entertaining. The vaulted living room boasts a cozy fireplace and a piano, all open to the kitchen for an inviting communal space.
There are two queen bedrooms and a primary suite, which includes a luxurious ensuite with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and direct access through French doors. Direct access to a private patio with a hot tub from primary suite. Additional baths include a full bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, and a convenient half bath located downstairs.
Upstairs, a charming sleeping loft features two trundle daybeds with four twin mattresses, perfect for kids or additional guests.

Thank you to the host family, the home and its open concept was perfect and accommodating for our first family Thanksgiving visit to Eugene. Preparing meals in the kitchen around the 11' island, playing board games @ the table, watching movies in the comfortable living room, and neighborhood walks gave us ample opportunity to bond.
