The space
Welcome to your Eugene getaway! Tucked just off Broadway near the Millrace, this home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac — offering a private patio and fenced yard, with a 93/100 Walk Score and a perfect 100/100 Bike Score right at your doorstep.

Because we're so centrally located, you may hear occasional city sounds — but that's the trade-off for being able to walk everywhere instead of dealing with Eugene traffic. Autzen Stadium is about a 20-minute walk away, so on football game days, you can skip the gridlock entirely.

Need something quick? A convenience store and mini-mart are just a 1-minute walk from the front door — perfect for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot to pack.

You're also just minutes from some of Eugene's best spots:
Matthew Knight Arena — under 5 min by car
Hayward Field — 4–6 min drive
Hendricks Park — 5–7 min drive
Laurelwood Golf Course — 4–6 min drive
Whole Foods Market — 5 min walk
Hult Center — 10–12 min walk

5th Street Market and Sacred Heart Hospital are also close by
Bike trails, coffee shops, and restaurants are all right around the corner, and a nearby bus stop makes it easy to explore the whole city car-free.

Come experience the charm of a century-old home in the heart of Eugene — with all the comfort and privacy of your own space. Whether you're cooking with the stocked kitchen staples or curling up with coffee in the breakfast nook, you'll find plenty of cozy corners to call home.

This was a lovely home in the middle of a busy area in Eugene. We loved the decor, comfortable beds and robes! It was close to so much, walking or driving. Driving was super easy in Eugene. I would stay here again! And I would definitely recommend Provisions market for cute stuff and delicious food.

We loved the many small touches such as bath robes, holiday decorations, soaking tub, and the grill and hot tub outside. This is an older home, but very charming and comfortable to stay in, with plenty of places to plug in charges, etc. The kitchen is quite complete, which is important to us because enjoying meals at a home-away-from-home is a big reason why we choose VRBO stays.

Excellent location- right in the heart of Eugene. Loved how close Whole Foods was! The house was fully stocked with everything you need. College drop off

We stayed at the house we were in town to drop off our daughter at U of O for her first year of college! The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was a little loud at night but that is to be expected being so close to school and fraternities. We would definitely stay again. My younger daughter absolutely loved soaking in the tub.
