Not as comfortable at Comfort Inn and Suites
This is our motel of choice when we stay several times a year while visiting family nearby. We love the breakfast, the pool and hot tub, and the spacious room. Sadly, the beds this time around seem to have new mattresses that are quite rigid. The pillows were floppy and tiny. In all our previous stays we've felt so comfortable and cozy in the beds with their firm but cushiony mattress and fluffy pillows. We're not sure what to do about our upcoming Christmas trip.

Carpet had a lot of large dark stains and areas of the room smelled bad. Front desk person was very nice but had no idea how to help us with dietary needs regarding the complimentary breakfast. Beds were comfortable though and appreciated the large window that fully opened, hot strong shower.

The hotel is clean and the staff were great. Rooms were large and very comfortable. The are not a lot of healthy dining options nearby so bringing our own food would have been a good idea.

We were put in a room that was wheel chair access with a black, smelly rubber mat and black hair in shower and under mat! The "shear" curtains, in the room where literally shredded! we went to the front desk to let them know what conditions were, and that we were not responsible for the shredded curtains and better not be charged. We will never stay with Comfort Inn again! a lot of money for what you get!!!!!
