Modern Comfortable Oasis w/ EV Charger – Eureka

Nestled in the heart of Eureka and surrounded by redwoods, this fully updated duplex is near the Sequoia Park Zoo, Redwood Park, Arcata Theatre Lounge, and downtown shops and dining. Includes a Level 2 Tesla Wall Connector (240V) available to all EVs with a J1772 adapter. Charging is $25 flat per stay or $0.30/kWh. Please let us know if you plan to use it.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
• Checkout is no later than 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request but are not guaranteed due to same-day bookings.

Occupancy & Visitors

• Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests.
• No unregistered overnight guests.
• Day visitors must be respectful of the property and neighbors.

Noise & Events

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No parties, events, large gatherings, or excessive noise.

Pets

• Up to 2 approved dogs are permitted.
• No cats.
• Dogs must be crated whenever left unattended inside the home.
• Dogs are not permitted on beds, couches, chairs, or other furniture.
• Excessive pet hair, odors, stains, or additional cleaning may result in additional charges.

Smoking

• No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or e-cigarettes inside the home or garage.

EV Charging

• EV charging is available for a flat fee of $25 for stays of up to two nights if pre-paid. $15 per night, per use.
• Longer stays require prior approval.
• Charging is permitted only between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Vehicles must be limited to a maximum charging rate of 16 amps.
• Charging outside approved hours or above 16 amps may result in charging privileges being suspended during the stay.

Property Care

• No space heaters.
• Laundry appliances may not be operated between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Please do not unplug, move, reset, or modify any internet, Wi-Fi, router, modem, television, smart-home, or security equipment.

Mail & Deliveries

• The property may not be used for mail forwarding, residency, business registration, or permanent mailing purposes.
• Please contact us before shipping packages to the property.

Checkout Before Departing

• Place used towels in the laundry basket.
• Start the dishwasher if dishes were used.
• Return the garage remote to the entry table.
• Turn off lights, fans, heaters, and small appliances.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Send us a quick message if you depart early.

Security

• Exterior entry and parking areas are monitored by security cameras for the safety of guests and the property.
• No cameras or recording devices are located inside the home.
