The hotel and staff were great, room was pleasant, great views. The immediate area wasn’t the best as there was a lot of drug users around and other unsafe activities.

Our room had a leaky shower. And the bathroom also had a hole in the wall where the fixture used to be with exposed wire and cob webs in the lighting fixture . The pool was not heated but it was clean. The hotel was very pet friendly that was a plus and the staff was friendly.

Wasn’t expecting much, but was overly disappointed by our short visit. Arrived late after driving for over 10 hours. Waited in line for checkin for over 30 min with 2 people in front of us. Got to our room. Nothing special, but hair in shower and on sink, floor felt dirty too. Tried to take a shower but no hot water would come on. Tried for 10 minutes then called front desk. Told to keep trying, needed to heat up on demand system. Offered to change rooms but it was 1 am, no more suites available like our room and we had people sleeping already, so switching rooms wasn’t an option. Tried again and still no hot water. Had to shower in frozen cold water. Did no receive a discount or anything. Horrible stay for an 8 hour sleep. We checked in and out in 8 hours. Will not be staying at a Red Lion Inn again.
