The stay was good. The room was clean and smelled clean. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. The facility is older and the outside area was okay. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Wish breakfast would have had better selections and that there were more American food choices for restaurants in the area. Even sandwiches would have been welcomed especially on Sunday was a lot of restaurants were closed.

Some landscaping needs to be done. More doggy poop bags needs to be accessible. Otherwise the room was spacious, beds comfortably. I would stay there again, very convenient for me.

When I got there I went to the room key wouldn't work then went back down they re did it got into the room and someone else stuff was in there the. Had to go back and they gave me another room the heater didn't work that great

Nice people/staff. Heated pool is Kool but outside kinda sucked to much wind outside. And they didn't have good heaters it's a AC/heater combo thing. All that being said I would stay here again it was nice quiet and staff was nice. Horrible complantery breakfast so don't stay here for the free breakfast haha.

Poor service with Expedia/ Hotels.com

No hot water in our section of hotel, tv not working, no coat hangers. On the positive/ negative ,hotel agreed we should receive a refund they were unable to process because I booked though Hotels .com I have been unable to speak with them directly, only a virtual assistant that doesn’t understand. From now on I will only book directly with hotels.

Stayed there for a convention. Overall great. Although the bed was a little too soft for me. Service was amazing!! They let me check in early, and tv wasn’t working and was on it, got fixed right away, when the Hotel was super packed. Thank you! For sure be staying there again.

The tv in my room was not working and the front desk clerk told me "well you're only here one night so its not a priority to fix but I will let the maintenance guy know in the morning." Maybe I wanted to watch tv in my weed smelling room okay! gosh dont be rude to your guests!
