Welcome to Grace Cottage!

This spacious cottage is nestled in the Ozark mountains at Beaver Lake. Its cozy charm will make you feel right at home as you unplug and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Modern conveniences are conveyed throughout the cottage as noted in the listed amenities (WiFi not available). You'll be able to enjoy morning coffee and later take in the sunsets all while on your private deck. The open floor plan and many windows facing the lake and treetop valley view bring the “outside in” for you to enjoy. Frequent visits from deer, songbirds, and other critters will keep nature lovers entertained. Bald Eagles fly by during the winter months, so have your camera ready! The cottage is meticulously decorated, and has all the amenities needed to make your stay relaxing. It will leave you with a tug at the heart to stay a little longer ~ the perfect getaway for couples!

Grace Cottage is just a few minutes from Starkey Marina making it convenient for hiking, boating, and kayaking. Beaver Lake dam site area is just down the road with picnic areas, fishing, hiking trails, sightseeing, and a scuba shop for divers. The White River is accessible behind the dam for those who wish to fish or wade in crystal clear water. Lake Leatherwood, Thorncrown Chapel, and Black Bass Lake are additional areas of interest along your drive into Eureka Springs. The possibilities are endless for outdoor adventure and soaking up the beauty of northwest Arkansas.

Your scenic drive to historic downtown Eureka Springs is only minutes away on Highway 62. This extraordinary Ozark town is full of shops with local artwork, eateries, spas, and spring fed gardens. It's a truly charming destination.

Beaver Lake Trip

The property was easily accessible, and had beautiful scenery all around. I especially appreciated the overall cleanliness and a kitchen that was well-stocked with necessities. The cottage decor was very nice. The only down side for us senior adults was having to climb stairs to the upper bedroom.

Best sister weekend

We had the best stay at Grace Cottage! It was just what we expected after seeing it online. The cottage was cozy and everything we needed for our sister weekend. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the birds. The scenery is beautiful. The hosts made our stay so easy. We look forward to staying again sometime soon. Thank you Todd and Michelle!

See property in person first before booking.

We arrived at this property close to 5pm on the day of checkin. Upon arrival we got out of our vehicle and were immediately swarmed by hundreds of wasps near the fire pit and outdoor seating area. We made it inside and the house was clean but the reason we booked was for the outdoor environment and the advertised view of the lake. There was no lake view even with the leaves off the trees. We knew at that point we could not stay there so we immediately started looking for another place which was extremely hard to find at that time of the evening. We lucked out and The Enchanted Forest had a cancellation that we were able to take. It was an amazing little cabin so check them out. When I reached out to the owners with our issues we were met with rudeness and a refusal to refund even the cleaning fee much less anything else. Keep in mind that they weren’t going to have to reclean because we didn’t stay there so that says a lot about the owners. We have moved on to trying to retrieve our refund through VRBO due to false advertising and also disputing the charge with our credit card but I felt led to go ahead and leave a review so other family’s might not have the same experience. We have used VRBO for numerous vacations prior to this and this was our first ever negative review we’ve had to leave and first ever time we couldn’t stay where we had booked. It was a stressful and disappointing situation.

Really Great Place!

The cottage was very clean and decorated nicely. We took advantage of a well equipped kitchen to cook a number of meals. The setup of the place is very functional. We didn’t utilize the upstairs bedroom, but it would be nice for a small family with a kiddo or two. We used the fire pit most nights while we were there. It’s a nice layout around the fire pit and we enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine and into the evening. The location is secluded but easy to find. Would definitely stay again!

This house was conveniently located to Lake Leatherwood and Passion Play Mountain bike trails. Also close to downtown Eureka Springs. Kitchen is sufficiently set up for cooking. Nice hot water in the shower. No internet/WiFi as noted in the listing. Check in details not provided until day of occupancy.

Nice, pretty cottage

Enjoyed the stay, close enough to downtown and just the right distance away. The patio deck is great! Beautiful views! The only downside, was no Wi-Fi, but good to disconnect from the world.

Great for scuba

Very close to the Dam Dive Shop. It's quite a bit more expensive than the other options that cater to divers, but I felt that it was worth it for this trip. My son is going off to college, and I wanted this trip to be special. We each had our own bedroom, which was nice. Five stars for the property.

Peaceful and Quiet

Just what we were looking for, peace and quiet and relaxation. It was so clean and decorated cute. Drive up the house was a little rough for our car and the one bathroom being on the opposite side of the house from the bedroom was not fun in the middle of the night. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time there. Enjoyed feeding the birds and squirrels and watching them.

Beautiful cottage!!

The location was perfect! We loved the views of the lake, even though the lake is from a distance. Very clean and had the little extra’s in the kitchen that helped with cooking the couple nights we stayed in for dinner.

A wonderful, cozy place to stay

My wife and I stayed at Grace Cottage when we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. Grace Cottage suited our needs wonderfully! It is very nicely appointed and beautifully decorated (my wife commented on it several times). For us it was a great place to unwind and as a "base of operations" to go visit many of the places in Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake.

The best couples retreat

Grace Cottage was the perfect getaway for our first couple’s trip. The cottage had everything we needed and was so comfortable. Todd and Michelle were extremely kind and responsive. Well definitely stay there again on our next trip when the leaves change.

Breathtaking Beauty

Glorious views of trees changing as far as the eye can see. Deck to enjoy and serve as observatory of sorts. Beaver Lake right around the corner. If you need to re-energize or regain balance, or just have a great time and enjoy the beauty of the area, this is home base. Have not been this relaxed in years. Michelle was the best host we have had. A delight to work with you simply cannot go wrong with Michelle and the Grace Cottage!!!

Beautiful spot in the woods

Clean, well-appointed cottage in the woods, what else could you want? The drive is scenic, and you can see the lake from a couple of vantage points on the deck (you're not right on the water, however). Lots of birds visited the feeders, which we reloaded from the host's supply. Quiet and comfortable place, just a fun 15 minute drive from the Eureka springs attractionss
