The property was fine for a place to sleep. It was a little musty and the light over the sink wouldn't come on the last day we were there. I was going to tell the owner/manager before we left but they weren't at the desk, so I just left my key when I went back in the second time.

I didn’t pay much for room and feel I kinda got what I paid for. The property was quite run down. The door had light shining in around it. The curtains had thin spots worn in them and so did some of the bedding. The room smelled very clean though. The sheets had a few spots as well but I do believe they were clean, just stained. I only had a couple towels and when I went to get more, they were damp and had spots on them. The staff exchanged them of us. The staff was very nice. The facility advertised as having a pool but it was not in service and appeared to have been that way a while. I’ll just plan to spend a bit more next time I think.

The staff remembered us from our last stay. The check-in process was quick and no-hastle. We had one slight issue once we got settled into the room, but when we all alerted staff about it, they immediately took action and had our problem resolved in a matter of minutes. We were greeted in the morning when leaving the property as well and given salutations after a short interaction. The staff goes above and beyond expectations each time we go there; it's obvious that customer service is their forte. We feel like valued guests and we will definitely be staying there again soon.

This hotel is way outdated with cockroachs crawling on the walls and floor. The bedding was uncomfortable, and the lighting for the hotel sign illuminated our room at night. The coffee pot water tank hadn't been cleaned since who knows when, it still had water and floaters from the last users. It was 95 degrees and the pool was empty, and seemingly hadn't been used in years. The booking stated it had a pool... If you want a cheap place to stay and dont mind delousing afterwards go for it. The front staff was nice but hard to understand at times.

Its okay

The room was nice enough except the curtains were light filtering and allowed a lot of outdoor light in which was considerable given the outdoor light just outside our room that stayed on all night. The room was big enough and the parking right outside the door was nice on our first floor room. Continental breakfast wasnt anything to get excited about. And i dont get why there was a sign in the lobby window "beware of dog". If your dog is prone to needing to beware of why have it where guests must go to check in? Smoking outside of rooms made it unpleasant and the outdoor and surrounding area needs ALOT of work. Paid 80 dollars so it was fine for a cheap night stay to enjoy Eureka Springs. But other hotels had a good rate and looked better in person than this one.

The staff is SUPER nice and helpful. The motel is convenient to everything in the area. Very reasonable rates. CLEAN. COMFORTABLE. One can’t really ask for much more. There’s no pool and they don’t have room service that will bring you oysters on the half shell and Dom Perignon at 2 in the morning, but I use neither. It’s a simple 3 S’s kind of place. EXACTLY what I need.
