Host would not answer our concerns/ questions, we had to send many emails, phone calls and not even then we would hear from him. I called customer service and left messages The TV in room didn't work, I had ordered some shirts from Amazon that came in 2 different packages. When we arrived and for the next 2 days, the host never replied to our messages requesting the where abouts of the packages. We sent him the pics from Amazon showing him that they were delivered. I was forced to order more shirts because I needed them for a funeral reunion.

Overall the existing reviews covered it. After a small hiccup with arrival the home was as described. It was clean and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. As previously mentioned the traffic noise was a little much. We loved walking our Golden around lake Gracie and the location was great for us, about 3 miles from my wife's father.

I think we would've provided a 5 star would we have gotten the access instructions 24 hrs in advance prior to arrival. Due to the fact that the host had not provided entry instructions 24 hrs in advance we unfortunately had to get VRBO involved. We did finally get the access code. We had to park down the street to see if we needed to get hotel rooms instead. VRBO was fully prepared to reimburse our stay and switch to another house if need be because they too could not reach the host. The house was good, but unfortunately located next to a busy street. We knew that going in and only needed it for the overnight's.

House was very clean and well equipped with everything needed. The area was very nice and quiet, just some traffic noise as it’s on a main road. Will choose this house again when I’m in the area if it’s available. Only thing is that it is described as having a pool but does not. Not a deal breaker for me.

Clean but Very Noisy

The house was clean and easy to find. It is on a very noisy street that did calm down a bit after ten or so. I love to cook, even on vacation, so the kitchen could have had a few more Pyrex baking pans. Again, it was very clean, and that ranks high on my needs.

Excellent house!

It was a great place. Maybe a tad noisy and we were amazed once inside how spacious the place was. Maybe add some non slip strips to bathroom as one of my older guests said it was a bit slippery in the back bathroom. But overall it was wonderful! Thank you!

Mom's surprise party!

I only had 3 small issues. 1. The welcome book said there were extra linens in a closet but there was not any. 2. The parking was hard to spot on the dark. 3. There were no non skid things in either tub. I did find one last in the back bathroom under the sink but not until I was looking for a roll of toilet paper.

Perfect for friends staying together!

Loved the location close to town. Set up was perfect with the bedrooms and 2 full baths. Very clean. Had everything we needed!! We will definitely be back!!
