Originally used as the pecan shelling house for pecan trees on the property! The first floor was used for cracking & drying the pecans. The loft space stored equipment used.
Circa WWII and converted into a guest quarters in 2017! The original roof and architectural details are visible inside! A super fun space with double doors (for the equipment and tools to enter/exit) that can open up to the outdoors to share with others (hence the extra half bath, which is used during parties, events, family gatherings and Hollywood productions).

All 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms may be rented for privacy. Proprietors may be present, as we live in the modern addition at the back of the home. We are happy to interact as much or as little as you wish.

Everhope is 3.2 miles from interstate 20/59, providing convenient access to neighboring cities, such as Tuscaloosa and Demopolis. We are about 35 minutes away from the University of Alabama and thank the community for its ongoing support. RTR!
A large Love`s truck stop is open at the Eutaw exit on I-20, providing excellent fast food options.
Roebuckâs Landing Restaurant and bait-shop, located on the river, is an easy 15 to 20 minute drive from Everhope.
Diamond Jimâs Steakhouse and the University of West Alabama are about 25 minutes away in Livingston.
Nick`s in the Sticks, a steakhouse âinstitutionâ for the University of Alabama community, is about 25 mins away, just two turns from Everhope!
Greensboro, Marion, and Gainesville are all charming towns fairly close to Eutaw, rife with history and beautiful old southern homes and architecture.
