Lovely hotek in Everett

This is a lovely place to stay in Everett, Washington. Close to the water, beautiful views, great restaurant, and friendly service. Walking along the marina is always a must.

Such a wonderful visit. From check in to service in the Jetty restaurant. It is a very comfortable hotel. Great service in both areas. I will be happy to stay again!

This was my 3rd stay at Hotel Indigo. Unfortunately the quality for the price is getting worse. Front desk is always a helpful. However the space in general was sub par. Specifically, elevators are slow and shaky, the 3rd floor was loud and doors slammed all night, whoever was in the room above was extremely loud. Then to top it off, my partner got sick from the food at Jetty Bar and Grille. Next time, I’ll get the window front King so that I get the view

This was our second stay at this property. The location is convenient for when we have business or medical needs to deal with. The rooms are comfortable, simple and clean. Unfortunately, for both of our stays we encountered difficulties when checking out. First stay, the front desk staff person was unable to print out our receipt. They said they would email it to us, but it never showed up. Instead, 7 small charges showed up in my credit card activity from the hotel. I called to ask again for an accurate receipt, and a different person answered the phone and promised to resend the receipt. Three days and three phone calls later, a receipt finally arrived via email and shortly after, the accurate charges showed up in my credit card activity. About a month later, we stayed at the Indigo hotel in Everett again. Delightful stay, peaceful location, good food in the restaurant. Upon trying to check out, the same front desk person told me that she could not take our payment because we had booked through Expedia and that Expedia would have to send us the bill. I knew that I had booked to "pay on site" for our stay, but she refused to take my payment. Not sure we will ever return to this hotel. Complications with simply preparing a receipt at check-out does not encourage customer confidence.

Great View of the marina, but…

We were celebrating with a night on the water front for our anniversary. We had a corner room with great views. The balcony was small, too small for a chair. But we could stand outside and enjoy the sunset. There was only one bath robe in our room. The bed was comfortable. The walk-in shower was large, but the shower didn’t have enough pressure for my wife to rinse her hair well enough. The in room refrigerator/cooler kept turning on and off all throughout the night, and was noisy enough to wake us a few times. Early in the morning, you can hear the other guests preparing to leave that are nearby. It would have been better for the room to have carpet to absorb the sounds. We would stay again, next time we will be better prepared.

Being on the marina is lovely. Perfect stay after a work party at Bluewater Distilling. Had a good dinner at Fisherman Jacks. Wish I had had time to go to The Jetty restaurant too. We will be back!
