First class service by reception staff. We had a very early flight and hotel happy to arrange a 4am breakfast. Always use this hotel for early flights from Exeter airport. Highly recommended

Dark and dingy in general. The room reeked of damp and it was very old and tired. The bathroom floor flooded during the night - wet feet in the morning. Perfectly sorted out by Harriett, we left after the first night and we were fully reimbursed

The whole room was smelly as we came in, seemed coming from the shower drain? so i had to put soap and run hot water then open our window even at night to dissipate the smell. Food's ok (bfast) and there's variety to choose from. Staff are nice.

Had a decent stay here. Bed was clean and comfy and hotel was quiet so had a good night sleep. Room could have been cleaner. Dusty in places and loads of cobwebs on the windows. Breakfast was ok.

Terrible stay because of other guests

So me and my daughter came to exeter for a treat and had a pamper night .. it was all going well until a couple come back opposite gone midnight having a full on fight shouting swearing throwing stuff. The night manager was called , as my child was woken up terrified! It all quietened down until 1.10 am when they kicked off again the night manager was not impressed and said to the couple if there’s another disturbance of any kind then you will be ejected from the hotel . I cannot fault the staff as they were amazing and so apologetic, the extent of the couples behaviour meant the hotel gave us a full refund . Honestly I’ve not even had customer service like that in a Hilton !
