This Holiday Inn has been updated and has really nice decor. Pretty much everything is new and modern looking and the bathroom and shower is very nice. Great place to stay.

Told Television had "Limited" channels. When I expressed disappointment I was told I could go "elsewhere" Then the manager told me they would I would get a free upgrade to a king suite. My rate went from an internet quote $108 to $149 to being charged $171. There weren't enough towels. The ensuite heater had a burnt smell. When I told the front desk they said maintenance would be sent. The fridge howled all night long. When we left at 0530 there was no coffee service available.

The woman at the front desk named Yvette was amazing. She was so friendly. The bed was comfortable. The TV was not good. Many channels were missing due to lack of signal. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs looked terrible. The oatmeal was too dry. But overall, I would probably stay there again.

Booked pet friendly on Expedia. I was not informed that a pet would cost an additional charge for 1 night lodging. I wasn't up to finding an alternative place that night. Did not find the clerk helpful, kind and she was almost robotive in her responses. I will not stay again.

This would be an amazing place to stay but the water is terrible! It has a strong rusty smell. They need to address it!
