The hotel was very dirty and my daughter saw a cockroach the first day in the lobby and I saw one the next morning in our room. I would love to get my money back, half of it if not all of it.

Thought I booked a room with 2 beds and only got a small one bed. Dated building my baseboards were a horrible dark blue should have been white. The floor next to the bathtub was soft due to water damage. Otherwise acceptable for a one night flop

They should reduce the price since everything is a mess due to a remodel. Toilets and bath enclosure litter the walkways making it dangerous. 10-27-25.

Property and room are dirty and need some updating. Air conditioner/heating unit is rusted. Seating bench is covered in stains. Weird smell of perfume throughout the property, likely to cover up other concerning smells..

the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly. wifi was good. i felt safe both in the room and parking lot. breakfast choices were very limited. saw a roach crawl across the bathroom.

I reach got a room 1st floor. Why I'm getting a room with a door looking like someone was trying to break in? I told the manager he said its okay almost all of them are like that. Seriously, NOPE that aint working with me. I know how a door supposed to look like...I have never encounter a situation like this. Then he wants to give me a second room with the same issue. I'm like this is crazy. Just reach from a flight and have to deal with this. A woman and a child. At the end I got a room in the second floor. Also the parking didn't feel safe because I park in the side to take the side door, since the parking was full, when ask the person said they know, just have to change the battery. Well....change it!The area is very secluded. NOT SAFE The hallway smell like weed. I will NEVER EVER stay here again.

The door on the room I was sent to wouldn't open so the desk clerk upgraded me to a suite, with was nice of him. But the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. I barely slept.
